It doesnt give an error most times. Most times it goes to a blank page or it goes to the forum list page. I seen it once say what I posted in the chat box thing. I will copy paste here just now.

And Ia few other times it says you must wait 160 seconds to post. Its given a few different times. Way more than what I seen before like 25 seconds to post.
But Its still pretty unworkable for me today. I was 5 goes to get this page to come up. Yesterday took 24 hours for one post to get loaded.
Some pages loaded not to bad some were just not going. Cheers
