Anybody ever experience it before? The kind of dreaming where you know you're dreaming and have control over your dream? Happened to me last night. I wonder how that happens.

I received a science magazine when I was a youth that explained the steps to Lucid dreaming. It taught you how to wake up inside your dream and become conscious. So I practiced for two weeks and eventually had my first Lucid dream:

I woke up and I was inside a dungeon and there was a samurai sword rack in the middle of the room, I looked out the dungeon window and Indians were charging upon the dungeon on horses. I turned around and there was a business man walking across the room and before he passed by the sword rack he turned and smiled at me. I recognized the smile and suddenly knew it was the devil. I became scared and flew upward where the ceiling turned invisible. Then it all went dark and the devils hand grabbed hold of the back of my neck. His hand began shocking me as he pulled me down into darkness. But I kept trying to fly upward and away.

I realized I needed to be fully awake so I tried with all my might to open my eyes. After a few tries to exert some force upon my sleeping body I was able to just barely open my eyes. I saw the corner of my bedroom ceiling. I kept try to open my eyes and move my body. I finally did and awoke but I was exhausted.

I inadvertently had a few Lucid dreams after that, usually they were in a setting of the after life with loved ones that passed on.

To this day, every few months I begin shaking violently while I sleep, it begins to hurt so I force myself awake as I remembered how to do. And I notice as I'm just transitioning between sleeping and waking that my neck is shaking violently and painfully.

I don't play around with it anymore, and I don't advise it to anyone else, but the procedure is to train yourself to trigger to know when your sleeping to have a conscious event and awake inside your dream.

I hope that helps.

I hope that you don't shake and aren't in pain anymore though.
Still happens every so often. Not fun, the neurologist said it's not a seizure that's happening cause I wouldn't be aware of it if it was. Freaky stuff though. Some people say they have nice lucid dreams, but I didn't.

The magazine I read said that you can talk to anyone you want when you control your dream, in fact you could talk to Einstein if you wanted. But all I got was the devil.

I had a seizure when I was really little. It was really scary too. :(

You think that's bad? I heard Satan himself speak to me before and it wasn't pretty I can tell you that much. I can't even describe how awful and horrifying it was. :(

From the article I just posted:

Also, be aware of lucid dreaming. This often occurs with sleep paralysis.

A lucid dream is when you’re aware of your consciousness during a dream. During a lucid dream, you’re able to take control of what happens in your dream.

Most people have had a lucid dream at one time or another.

I have had lucid dreams. I read a book on it and started practicing it. I could control my dreams and fly around. Guess what came shortly after that? Sleep paralysis and demons.

Yeah, see I'm not alone, I somehow knew that others had trouble with it.

That’s interesting. I heard Satan scream my name after God told me he would never leave me. A couple of years later I was watching a Netflix documentary on a Catholic exorcist and they were showing an actual exorcism of a lady that said she was possessed by the devil. When Satan entered her body her voice changed. The voice that was coming out of that lady was the same voice that I heard scream my name. The Devil.

Sorry I didn’t mean to hi jack this thread, I just remembered that and wanted to put it on screen.

That's alright, when Satan spoke to you was it like a combination of hissing and sounding like somebody with a sore throat?

Haha yes yes exactly. The soar throat to me sounds like he spends a lot of time yelling and screaming. He’s probably a blast to hang out with lol.

Well it's not funny though it's really scary. I've heard the voice of God before though as well and it's a lot more calming. :)
