Which is basically exampling Chist. There are so many words flying about and its all white noise. The greatest complaint of modern times is that no one walks the walk. No one is above reproach in their example.

So when they declare this is the way or this is the truth and then act in ways that contradict those words people turn off. Or even get angry. But when someone acts first like Christ their words hold more authority.

Christ said "if you love this life you will lose. But anyone who hates this life will gain eternal life". Also "it is better to lose a hand in this life and be saved. Then to keep your whole body for this life and be without God. That is making this life second best. Even something to avoid.

Yes I think its important to have a strong and unified church fellowship. Especially in todays full on world. The world is more enticing than ever before. Many churches are conforming to the world and pleasing man and not God.

I always say if the church is not hated for Christ sake then it in not with Christ. Clement of Rome said that if a church is divided then Christ is not among them. Today if the most divided the church has ever been. It is no coincident that the same thing is happening in the world with identity politics. Instead of unifying under the same mind and spirit people are dividing and finding differences.

In some ways as mentioned it is similar to the ancient tribes and Isrealites who divided themselves into different groups. Which eventually split the Isrealite Kingdom.

Yes Jesus mentions this that Christians will be hated by the world. He told the disiciples when He sent them into the world to wipe their feet of a town who rejected them. These towns were never going to be open. It is better to walk away and find the next person and town that is open and will welcome Christ. They are out there and tend to find each other.

I like it that way as its sort of secretive and intriguing. A bit of reverse psychology. Just when they expect preaching they get quiet helpful Christians giving of themseves caring about the others in practical ways. Not seeking glory but setting a good example so that when they know they are Christians they cannot fault them. This is more impressive and I think how the early church was.

Many gentiles called God fearers who were interested in checking out the Christians as they seen the joy and care among them exampling Christ.

But as you say because the world is the opposite and wants to make humans gods of their own lives and world. Then jesus and Christians represent a threat and even exposure as hypocrites and being unkind and deceptive towards others. They hate being exposed as it forces them to look at themselves and the truth, Whch they cannot bear to admit and it would mean submitting themselves to God.
We must walk as Did Christ . Remembering also that HE did not go about as a mute
but was always speaking truth and exposing error . Something many have forgot .
Many live by a half truth which in effect makes it NO TRUTH .
An example is , Dont say words , just walk . That is a serious mistake and all it led to was
silencing the T RUTH of the Gospel . Now paul and the apostels
did both . THEY went about preaching JESUS and all doctrine and living the walk . ITS both friend .
We dont just walk with closed lips . JESUS never did , the apostels never did .
Its both . Or we are not truly walking as DID JESUS .
WE got t ricked by clever men into silencing the TRUTH that does expose sins and that does procliam the gospel .
This has led to worse and w orse things my friend . So
while its true that if one Speaks truth and yet LIVES IT NOT , that is only them deceiving themselves ,
IT be also true that we DO need to speak words as well as Walking the walk .
This latter stuff came in by men like rick warren and the purpose driven life and seeker friendly stuff .
ALL along it was about merging . They had to silence words of Truth in order to get folks to just come together .
If you notice they did this will even the false religoins . THEY were removing fundamental doctrines
in order to blend them together .

Even the Jews that follow the talmud?

I believe original intent of “Races” were a Division God Established, Between …
(Hebrews, Tribes of of Israel, Collectively called Jews AND All Gentiles)…

Later (Revealed), as the Offsprings, of the “STOCK”, of:
Abraham and Sarah … ie. Jews
Abraham and Hagar … ie. Gentiles

Originally SAME ONE God… Each individual having FREEWILL TO: establish, make, their own “”god””, and worship as they choose.

I do not speak for “every individual” of “Each Race”, for what “god” they choose to worship.

Broadly, “the two STOCK Races”, (Jews and Gentiles) have a multitude of “gods, religions, denominations” within “multiple religions”, which individuals freely choose to be “adjoined members in name only OR adjoined “active” members.

Every “Organized Religion” given a “particular” NAME, and individual a “member thereof”, is simply an “Indication” of a particular “individuals” “Religious Beliefs”.

Some Jews, believe in God Almighty Only…
While other Jews believe in God AND Jesus “being Equally One Entity”.
Same with Gentiles.

I do not specifically “study”, what Jews do.
I am a Gentile, and “focus” moreso on what God prepared for me to know and do.

For Jews who “follow” the Talmud…
What is “their religious Organization Called?
And what “IS” their mission “Statement”?

Glory to God,
Taken

This is what our preacher in Charlotte, NC had to say last week:

We live in a time where truth is being replaced with experiences, emotions, and hype. Churches are growing. Crowds are gathering. Movements are spreading. But the real question is this… is it actually biblical?

The Word of God doesn’t tell us to follow trends. It tells us to test everything. This video exposes what many have seen but few are willing to say out loud. Watch it all the way through.

I love his teachings!

We must walk as Did Christ .
This hints at works based salvation.

No man or women who has ever lived, is alive or will live "truly" walks as Christ did.
The indwelling of the Holy Spirit helps us...yet we often fail.
WE got t ricked by clever men into silencing the TRUTH that does expose sins and that does procliam the gospel .
That is often true. If your church doesn't preach on sin or proclaim the gospel you should either leave or try to fix that church.
This has led to worse and w orse things my friend . So
while its true that if one Speaks truth and yet LIVES IT NOT , that is only them deceiving themselves ,
IT be also true that we DO need to speak words as well as Walking the walk .
Once again this sounds like works based salvation.
Should we speak the truth? YES.
Should we walk the walk? Once again YES......But we often fail.

Your gospel presents this failure that can occur on our part as a disqualified for salvation.

I have not studied Rick Warren so perhaps you can provide an example of Rick Warrens failures.

I also recognize there are many churches presenting a false gospel.

I see you adding works to salvation as a false gospel. Perhaps you meant works are a product of our salvation and not a means added to the blood of Christ for obtaining it.

You gotta be kidding me . You all have no idea what you have done to the churches .
AS if reminding one
IF we say HE abides in us then we would WALK as DID HE , is some how now seen as leglaism and works .
Whats next , IF i say we ought OBEY , aka LOVE JESUS , what is that legialsm too .
OR how about i say FOR we are made PARTAKERS of CHRIST , IF we hold our confidence , in HIM , firm to the end .
What is that now legalism and works salvation .
YOU all omitted a very necessary part of what the early church , AS WELL AS DID JESUS KNOW , knew would h elp keep
the church safe and from falling . OH WAIT , i just said from falling
SO NOW what , DOES that mean i dont t rust in JESUS now . you all got about zero to no idea
what you are talking about my friend . EVERY WORD of GOD , THAT WOULD INCLUDE HIS WARNINGS ,
are good for us and good to be taught , reminded of and heeded u nto .

You gotta be kidding me .
No, I'm not kidding. You gotta remember it's Jesus who carries the scars. NOT YOU!

You are promoting a works based theology.
You all have no idea what you have done to the churches .
What is the name or denomination of the church attend?
If this "church" of yours is so tight with God....what is it's name?
AS if reminding one
IF we say HE abides in us then we would WALK as DID HE , is some how now seen as leglaism and works .
It becomes legalism when you make this "walk" a requirement for salvation.
Whats next , IF i say we ought OBEY , aka LOVE JESUS , what is that legialsm too .
There is nothing wrong with obeying Jesus the creator, the savior, the King of Kings....
OR how about i say FOR we are made PARTAKERS of CHRIST , IF we hold our confidence , in HIM , firm to the end .
How do YOU measure your "firmness"?
What is that now legalism and works salvation .
YOU all omitted a very necessary part of what the early church , AS WELL AS DID JESUS KNOW , knew would h elp keep
the church safe and from falling . OH WAIT , i just said from falling
Yes as christians, we follow Jesus God who has come in the flesh....and we often all.
SO NOW what , DOES that mean i dont t rust in JESUS now . you all got about zero to no idea
Zero to no idea? I'm beginning to think Jesus only has to build one mansion in heaven....yours.
what you are talking about my friend . EVERY WORD of GOD , THAT WOULD INCLUDE HIS WARNINGS ,
are good for us and good to be taught , reminded of and heeded u nto .
Yes, it is good to live according to God word....but what do I know as I have zero to no understanding.

Loran Livingston is your pastor? That is amazing. He is one of my favorites on YouTube.
