I read the "Christian' translations, though I know they usually have some type of agenda influencing them.
Like somehow a teat or breast is sinful.
Shad means "breast," in Hebrew.
Sadu means mountain, or strength, in Akkadian.
Akkadian gods remind me of the bene ha elohim, aka evil watcher angels, of Genesis 6.
The ones that brought about the flood.
Why would Christian scholars choose a Mesopotamian interpretation over that of the Hebrew one?

At the height of the southern Ontario mid-90s move of the Holy Spirit, I started leading Sunday morning worship.
Leading worship in a Vineyard fellowship, this was the current album when I started in January, 1996.
It is probably my favorite Vineyard album and I know every song on it.
So far, the three years I was with the Vineyard have been, by far, the most pleasant years of my life.
All we ever wanted to do was get together, and it didn't matter what part of the body you were from.

I like a lot of songs from Integrity.
I don't play much of others anymore, though I still have them on file.
The main reason for this is that God has been giving me so many new songs that I'm having a hard time keeping up.
And I'm on a disability pension with nothing but time.

That is really pretty lilygrace. I really love your voice. I would say maybe added breath support could help on some of the notes that tend to be a little bit flat, but you have a very soft/tender voice. That was beautiful.

Honestly i was sitting ( which could be why) with my ukulele since i have no strap for it . It is hard to sing while accompanying myself but i am progressing

It still feels like when they tell you to pat your head and rub your tummy. Haha . I am further along than i used to be. It's a miracle i even bother.
My ukulele has no place to put a strap and I'm afraid to do any carpentry.

When I left the Vineyard in 1998, I was so angry with 2 people that I overlooked the feelings of a 3rd...my worship pastor. She was without a doubt one of the best friends I've ever had. When she found out I was leaving, she burst out in tears. I was surprised...I didn't think anyone cared that much about me. I hardened myself to her. Yeah...I've always struggled with the lie that I'm unlovable.
I lost track of her years ago, but today I looked her up on FB and found her. We ended up talking, I apologized, of course she'd forgiven me long ago. We are friends again. Thank You, Elohim, my friend.
