Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Who are those that buy and sell and what is it they buy and sell?​

11 Peter 2:1-3 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

The false prophets, false teachers...the liars that twist truth with their "feigned words" are buying and selling in the marketplace of the world. And....we are their merchandise! These passages are not about literal goods...food and necessities. It is our souls being sought. Are we for sale? Do we listen to them and in doing so take the mark of the beast?​

As I've written in other topics here, I believe that these scriptures all point to some sort of international banking cartel. The Chief Financial Officer or Chief Executive Officer of this cartel would be he who holds the fear of God in contempt. Such a man would have the power of global finance at his fingertips and be able to command and enforce any law he pleases.

The Bible even states that even his name would be associated in some way with numbers. Everyone puzzles over the triple six, but few associate that with currency. Money talks, and his voice will be the loudest of his day.

On a personal note as well as a request of sorts; has anyone here done a study on the prophet that is to preceed the man of sin? That person is supposed to act as a herald of some sort. One who introduces. What do we know about that guy?

(Will he get his start as a salesman on TV asking everyone to sell him their gold?
And what happens to the rest of us when he has it?)

Yesterday I watched a program about the Illuminati in which it was said that they wanted control of the world....we would all be their slaves. We are. We work hard and they tax us. We believe we have freedom but really, we answer to them. For instance, you may work years to pay for your home but go without one year of paying property taxes and see who really owns your home. You were merely a share-cropper....allowed to live there as you paid for it. We have the power of the vote but who decides who the two candidates are? Who is the power behind the throne?

Another way to look at it is that we get to live in our home for years before we actually pay for it. We rent the money from the banks. The majority of the cost of a home goes to workers who supply the materials. They are just like us and are in fact are us.

We (ourselves) instituted property taxes because we want paved streets , sewers, and schools. No conspiracy here.

There is also no such thing as big oil company conspiracies. The reality is that millions of us want an endless supply of gasoline and heating fuels. We want a gas station every 10 city blocks and every 10 miles in the country. In order to accommodate our desires some companies became big fuel suppliers. It is as simple as that.

Some of the people in those industries are greedy and some are corrupt. Some of us are just the same when given the chance.


I do however agree that in high levels of power, finance, and banking , there is an ongoing plan (conspiracy) to keep us subservient . It has a religious aspect that is rooted in evil and desires control. Worship too.

Yes...we "get" to live in our homes before they're paid for as we pay usury fees. Fees that at the end of the agreed upon time is much greater than the price of the home which is the cost of materials supplied to build it. We pay handsomely for the privilege of getting to live there but...it is an agreed upon arrangement. It is difficult to call an organization greedy when one sees the charge and signs the dotted line.

My point was at the end of the years of paying the principal and interest and you hold the deed in your hand...who actually owns it? If you neglect your property taxes...perhaps unable to pay them....the home is no longer yours. We are slaves to the system. We are where they need us to be just chugging along in the fields as they pass more and more regulations stripping away bigger chunks of our pay checks.

My question would be.....did "we ourselves" institute property taxes to the degrees that have been established? Did "we ourselves" vote for income taxes, estate taxes, taxes to die, taxes to live, taxes to breath all cloaked with "you must help the poor, the teachers, the sick, etc." We KNOW we do those things. We KNOW we pay our firemen, policemen, educators, etc. but not hand over fist as is being done today. Not draining us to enable Washington to do what they do!

I agree Whirlwind.

At one time our public servants worked hard for a modest wage but now they often make more than working people. Not to mention the easy hours and time off and pensions many of us only dream about.

I wonder if we are seeing the repercussions lately. Many cities and towns are going broke and are not able to even meet payroll.

We are suffering from too many people working for the people. Such a structure cannot survive.

Anybody can be a salesman, but this prophet is gonna have awesome supernatural powers. So if you see a salesman on TV shooting lightning from his fingertips without the aid of graphic special effects.... that's him.

My father-in-law worked for an oil company during the great depression.
He was fortunate to have a regular job and PAID OFF HIS ENTIRE MORTGAGE in three years.
It was no tiny house either.

Most people take longer to pay for their cars these days than it took Harry to pay off his house.

Our friend Glen Beck brought those very quotes up not long ago. Reconciling that knowledge with my idea of American values is difficult. It makes me think of.....
