Neutral tab

What is the "neutral" tab, in the profile section for?

Does he mean where you get points and it says "Neutral".

It's green and sits right over my friends list, It started out with the number zero. Yesterday it had the number one, and today it has a two by it.

Each time somebody gives a comment of yours a "thumbs up" so to speak, you get a point. See the little green arrow pointing up by your last comment? If I click that arrow, you get a point!
