Never! Not in a thousand years did the protestants ever do wrong, I am baptist so this is what I think and any evidence provided I just ignore.

Of course they did wrong, the scribe demon I mentioned earlier was mostly practiced by prots.

Where do you see the word "church" in there?

Are not all of us who believe in God and His Son, disciples? Are not all of us learners? If you agree that all disciples are the Church, then are we not as part of the Church being obedient to Him when we are led by the Holy Spirit?
I’m guessing Paul didn’t get the commission, being he stated he wasn’t sent of Christ to baptize.
Yet some how most today believe they are the chosen revelator as if God is incapable of revealing Himself.

A promise is a sacred oath or sacrament!
Baptismal regeneration is the promise of the Father for union in the new covenant!

The church and the seven sacraments are necessary for salvation

An oath to sacramental life in the new covenant in union with the mediator and communion with God, and the saints!

I'll only deal with 3 of the verses you mentioned: mk 16:16; jn 3:5; acts 2:38.

Mk 16:16 is not in the earliest MSS (e.g. Sinaiticus & Vaticanus) so is not in the canon of Scripture.

As for Jn 3:5, 'Jesus answered, “I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God" (NET)

The NET Bible provides this excellent footnote to John 3:5:

Or “born of water and wind” (the same Greek word, πνεύματος [pneumatos], may be translated either “spirit/Spirit” or “wind”). sn Jesus’ somewhat enigmatic statement points to the necessity of being born “from above,” because water and wind/spirit/Spirit come from above. Isaiah 44:3-5 and Ezek 37:9-10 are pertinent examples of water and wind as life-giving symbols of the Spirit of God in his work among people. Both occur in contexts that deal with the future restoration of Israel as a nation prior to the establishment of the messianic kingdom. It is therefore particularly appropriate that Jesus should introduce them in a conversation about entering the kingdom of God. Note that the Greek word πνεύματος is anarthrous (has no article) in v. 5. Christ's church was not founded on Peter. The passage (Matthew 16:13-18) says:

13) Now when Jesus came into the parts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?”
14) They said, “Some say John the Baptizer, some, Elijah, and others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets.”
15) He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”
16) Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
17) Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven.
18) I also tell you that you are Peter [petros - a piece of rock], and on this rock [petra - a mass of rock] I will build my assembly, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it.

So Peter stated, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God", and Jesus replied, "on this rock [or foundation] I will build my church". His church is built on the foundation of the fact that Jesus is the Messiah and the son of God Yahweh.

Note it wasn't the key that was given to Peter, but "keys". In fact there were two keys for two doors. The first key, on the day of Pentecost, to open the door to the Kingdom of Heaven for all Jews; three and one-half years later he used the other key and threw open the door to the Gentiles (Acts 10 - Cornelius).

Regarding Ephesians 2:20, "being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets", which all spoke of the Messiah, note it also says, "Christ Jesus himself being the chief cornerstone".

Note it wasn't the key that was given to Peter, but "keys". In fact there were two keys for two doors. The first key, on the day of Pentecost, to open the door to the Kingdom of Heaven for all Jews; three and one-half years later he used the other key and threw open the door to the Gentiles (Acts 10 - Cornelius).

Regarding Ephesians 2:20, "being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets", which all spoke of the Messiah, note it also says, "Christ Jesus himself being the chief cornerstone".
