A born again believer is just as sinless as the righteousness of God can make them, thru the Blood Atonement.
    = Sinless.

There is no sin in Christ, and we are "in Christ".
The purpose of God as Jesus coming here was to fulfill the law, which establishes Grace, and to become our sin, which resolved our sin issue that allowed God to give us His Righteousness as our OWN.

The Blood of Jesus resolves your sin. And from this God then gives you His own Righteousness, as "the Gift of Righteousness".

Jesus as God on the Cross didn't just forgive sin, .. HE BECAME our sin... And not just ours, but the sin of the world.
The Blood Atonement pays for the sin of the world, but its not applied unless the person comes to the Cross, Repents of their unbelief, and is saved. = born again.

God's Mercy as SALVATION, is always waiting to save everyone, but not everyone will come to the Cross and be forgiven and born again.

Salvation is a UNIVERSAL Offer, but its not applied unless you BELIEVE.
Faith comes by Hearing, and Salvation comes by Believing.

So, "the gift of Righteousness" that we receive as our "justification by faith", is God's own Righteousness.
The question is.... how RIGHTEOUS is God's righteousness?
How HOLY is "the Gift of Righteousness", that we receive.
    = Its SINLESS PERFECTION
And not only do we receive it by Faith, but by being born again as a "new creation IN CHRIST" this righteousness BECOMES US.
The Righteousness of God that is God's "Gift" is our "new Creation", as born again by the Holy Spirit.
Its our new Eternal IDENTITY.....we are become 'IN CHRIST". And this is who we are if we are born again. We are born again AS the sinlessness of Christ and born again INTO the very Spirit of God, by the Spirit of God.
God came here to restore us to 1st Adam position, and did so, by way of the 2nd Adam who is Jesus THE Christ.

Look at this NT verse....and believe it.

"as Jesus IS........so ARE.....the born again, ... IN THIS WORLD".

So, is there any sin in Jesus?
And YOU if you are born again, are "IN CHRIST" and Jesus is in YOU.
The reason a born again person has eternal life, is because JESUS IS ETERNAL LIFE< and He is in us, if we are born again.

    Salvation, is JESUS
    Grace, is JESUS
    The BLood Atonement, is JESUS
You go to heaven because of JESUS.

If you are born again...then Believe the verse that says of you. "as Christ is so are the born again in this WORLD".... and see yourself as God has re-made you to exist
The born again are "made righteous"....by God, thru the blood of Jesus.
This is why we are not to think of ourselves as "sinners".
We were sinners before we were born again...
Now we are the redeemed by the blood of the Lamb. We are Saints" and "Sons".
We are a NEW CREATION, In Christ.
The unbelievers are sinners.....so, READER, do not equate yourself to those Christ Rejectors.....but instead see yourself as God sees you always, and in this Right Believing you find God's Grace as your foundation. Hebrews 13:9
You are "the righteousness of God, IN CHRIST", if you are born again.

It is very true that there was no sin in Jesus, the Christ. He is the only human in history to be able to claim that. Sadly, for the rest of us, we inherited sin, and fall short of the glory of God. Thankfully, it is through Jesus that we can be redeemed back to God. Those who are "in Christ" have a very special relationship with him and God, in that they will reside in heaven, assisting Jesus as Kings and Priests in the Kingdom of God. What a very special privilege to be one of those for sure.

My little children , if we say that HE abide in us , then we walk as DID HE .
Let us heed the Spirit and not the flesh .
For if you live after the flesh you will die , but if you through the Spirit do Mortify the deeds of the flesh , ye shall live .
Let all endure faithful unto Christ to the end . Believing that HE alone saves us .
Continue in the original gospel . That if you shall confess Him by mouth and believe from the heart that God has raised HIM
from the dead you shall be saved . Let none fall for this new all inclusive gospel .
The one which states that if even muslims , or atheists , or any other religoin somehow does the work of God
just cause they have good works love . ITS false .
EITHER we truly know HIM and that means we would have CONFESSED JESUS by mouth
and from our hearts beleive that GOD rose Him from the dead , OR there is no truth in us .

I've got good news for you Robert.

You are born again? Not just water baptized, but born again.....
If so, you are ONE with God's Spirit right now, by being born again into it, by God's Holy Spirit.
This means, you are the same righteousness as God.

Jude teaches that we are to "contend for THE Faith". As there are a lot of fake faiths, fake theologies, fake teachers, fake Pulpits, fake Popes.
There is so much confused fakery in "christianity", that when you hear naked spiritual truth, it sounds incredible, almost mythical, almost like fantasy to believer in this era, in this age.
    And why is that?
Its because of a lack of real teaching that matters, and its also because carnal christians can't hear truth very well, as their self righteousness rejects what does not give them credit.

Now, all that reality, is not taught much in the end times Church, and apostasy is rampant.
However, a few still teach, who understand God's Grace.

There is only one true understanding of faith. There is only one Gospel.
The correct understanding only comes from PAUL.

    Disagree

Natural born men "terrestrials"; may become "Forgiven" and "PERFECTED" IN Christ...but they ARE NOT SINLESS.

A Man with a Saved soul, has now a "very good" soul, "restored", back as to "very good", as when God gave him.
    Gen 1:32
    Psalms 23:3

A man with a Quickened spirit, has now Gods seed, that birthed the man's Born Again spirit.

    Gods seed is Christ.
    Gal 3:16
    Gods Power is Christ.
    1 Cor 1:24

A man's Saved soul and A man's Quickened spirit...has ONLY Perfected the man's soul and the man's spirit ... forgiven and Made ...
    Very good and spiritually Alive.

The Dead Body of man Crucified with Christ Jesus....IS Still Dead.

Yes, that Dead Body has been Washed...
    (In Jesus' Blood)
Yes, that Dead Body has been Sanctified ...
    (Set apart)
Yes, that Dead Body has been Justified...
(Name entered into The Lambs book of Life)
Yes, that Dead Body has been Covered...
(With Gods Light, whereby Gods Light Overcomes Darkness, and Void of Darkness, God Sees only Light, and remembers Not any Darkness).

We temporarily LIVE IN Christ Jesus' RISEN BODY....Because While Jesus has Prepared

    (FOR ...Redememption /claiming
    And:
FOR ...Resurrection / raising up bodily)

The Redemption and Ressurection and Bodily SINLESS ...HAS NOT YET Occurred.

    Wholly, we individually ARE...
    Body, soul, spirit.

Being "accounted" "PERFECTED" in Heavens Books and records is ONE Thing.

Heavens "accounting", coming to pass ON Earth, IS another thing.

We wait, FOR foretold Knowledge TO Come to Pass...Before we SAY it has come to pass, And "IS".

    The foreknown Knowledge...
IS, our Crucified Bodies "are prepared"...
    To BE Raised "uncorrupt", SINLESS.

As of yet, that has Not Occurred.
And WHY, we are using, per Gods Authority, Jesus" Risen Sinless Body.

Let me show you why what you believe is not scriptural or spiritual.

Its like this. You define yourself as "the man", and that would be your body and your flesh.
The "flesh" is your mind and emotions.
That is what you believe you are, whereas God defines you (if you are born again and not just water baptized).. as a LIVING SPIRIT or a DEAD ONE.
Sin resides in the mental and physical realm, it does not reside in God's Spirit.

When you are born again, your dead Spirit is RE-BIRTHED, and that is now who you have become.
You are the "new CREATION". "in Christ", and have become a part of God Spirit.
There is no sin in God's Spirit. = born again.

That is the REAL YOU, as it is now made ALIVE by God's Holy Spirit.
The born again, exit IN the Kingdom of God, and there is no SIN in the Kingdom of God.

So, your issue, one of them, is that you dont SEE YOURSELF as God sees you.
    This means you believe wrong.
God sees only the Born Again Spirit, and you do not realize it.
You see the old man, the body and the flesh as the real you.
So, if you are not saved, and born again, then what you say and believe is true.

Until you can see yourself as the new Creation, who is born again in Christ as the Righteousness of God , you will not be able to hear me or understand the NT.

    Disagree.

The Body is the Flesh Form, made from Dust.
    Yes, wonderfully and intricately CREATED.

Eyes, Ears, Nose, Mouth, Skin, Mind, Heart.
    (Blood, organs, tissues, bones)
And None of those things can do a single thing, without Gods Breath of Life IN that Body, which "MAKES"
    The eyes to see.
    The ears to hear.
    The nose to smell.
    The mouth to speak.
    The skin to feel.
    The mind to think.
    The heart to believe.
The Blood to sustain that Body.

When a body is crucified with Christ Jesus...
blood does not stop flowing, maintaining ones natural bodily life...
(Which the BLOOD of a body IS ones natural life).

A man IN Christ puts on a whole list of things.
And the man is accounted as having on what he puts on.
    • None have YET put on IMMORTALITY....and WHY, one temporarily USES Jesus' Immortal SINLESS Body ...Because their own body is Still mortal....All Mortals have sin "in" their body. And many Mortals have "forgiven" sin "in" their body's...covered with Gods Light, that God Himself neither sees or remembers.

    Rom 13
[12] The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

    1Cor.15
[53] For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

    1 Cor 15
[54] So when this corruptible shall have put onincorruption, and this mortal shall have put onimmortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

    Gal.3
[27] For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
    Eph.4
[24] And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
    Eph.6
[11] Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
    Col.3
[10] And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
    [12] Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
[14] And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

No sin is found in Christ because of abiding in Him and He in us. We naturally keep His commandments IF the Spirit of Christ is inside us making us born again to partake of the DIVINE NATURE. Those who sin have never seen Him, nor known Him. 1 John 3:6

    1 John 3:24.
24 Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

Then you are going to hell.

Not my words, but those are the Lord's words to you.

Jesus told you....that you must be born again, and you can't be born again, after you die.
You have to receive Christ NOW....>"today is the day of Salvation".
Don't wait thinking you can do it after you die, as that is the Devil's lie you are believing.

    Wake up.

    I like Jesus' humble nature:
    Luke 18:19

Also we are warned against calling ourselves righteous:

    Luke 18:9-14

    New International Version

The Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector
9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’

13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’

14 “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

    that's a different topic.
we can discuss that one if you prefer.

    Only Jesus is righteous.
We are unrighteous, and our works are "filthy rags", unacceptable to God.
Now here is the interesting part..
Our Self effort, is never accepted by God.
Not before we are saved nor after we are born again.
Our "works' are always "self righteous"...
Its only the finished work of Jesus, this SALVATION that is offered as "the gift of Righteousness" that God accepts.

In other words, Only God's Righteousness is acceptable to God.
He has to give it to us, to then have a basis to accept us..
Without it, we are hell bound and dead in sin, and totally unrighteous.

A heretic, will teach that we can must do good works so that God will accept us and keep us.
This is of course the Devil's Gospel of self righteousness.

What you're teaching goes against free will so I disagree. And you're teaching fear mongering that anything that goes against your teaching is doctrine of the devil, I've heard this before on this forum and it's offensive. We can do what we are taught, either from God or the lies from the devil.

I can give to the poor like Jesus taught us to do and that might be a work I will be judged on, or someone could kill saints, like Paul, then he may be forgiven if sought in God, or he might be judged for it as a work. We are resurrected thru the grace of God and thus saved, but we will all be judged according to our works. That is what the bible teaches, free will.

John 5:29 "And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation."

Revelation 20:12 says we will be judged according to our works not Gods or the devils works, indicating free will: "And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works."

    Be honest.
    Dont just imply ..
Quote me. Quote what you are saying that im saying that you say is "against freewill".
You can't quote this, because it does not exist.
So be honest, or our conversation is going to become quite hot for you.

    Just be honest, Devin.
Consider that you are on a "christian" forum.
So, your immature game of accusing by innuendo, is over.
Try it again if you think im kidding.

Oh, OK, well you said that God is our righteousness and something to the effect that we cannot do good works without God doing them for us. That if we are to be saved we will have been provided those works from God. So in a way you have a point, that God will teach us what is acceptable, but you're also incorrect, that we cannot do good after being taught. We of course must do what has been taught is with our free will and choose God's teachings.

But I can indeed quote what you said "Our Self effort, is never accepted by God." so with that statement, what is free will, but rags of trash as you stated "We are unrighteous, and our works are "filthy rags", unacceptable to God."

So what exactly then are you saying about my works, that my works and everyone else's are trash to God?

    Never said that...
Maybe you have me confused with another member?

What i teach is strictly Pauline Theology.

In other words, As Paul does, i also give God, through Christ, ALL Credit for Salvation.
He ALONE is THE Savior.. ...... Not Water, not works, not Commandments, not the Torah, not Mary, and not the "church".

ONLY= "By Christ's BLOOD" and through the Holy Spirit are we the born again, are "made righteous", because our SIN is resolved which allows God to give us "the Gift of Righteousness".

We are now, as born again, disciples of Jesus.
Made so by becoming ...born again = """Sons of God""

We are made in the image of God and partakers of the tree of knowledge of Good and Evil as Adam and Eve's descendants. And along that line God taught us what good is. And Satan teaches evil which is lies and deceptions, thefts and all manner of ill will towards man. And God taught us what must be done to do good. He is the Author of salvation: Hebrews 5:9 "And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him".

I do believe in Baptism and confirmation of the Holy Spirit, the bread and wine and all the ordinances that the Bible teaches in the new testament for salvation, being obedient to Christ.

So, you belong to the "cult of the Virgin"?
Let me explain to you what that title is all about.
Before there was a "Catholic Church", you had Ephesus (Rome.)
It was the 4-5th Century AD.
The "church Fathers", titled their religion "the cult of the Virgin".
Later, this was hidden, and now its known as the Catholic Church.
    So, is this your group?

Also, Salvation is given to all who Believe on Jesus, or "as many will call on the Name of the Lord, shall be saved".
So, to "obey Him" to Obey God, is to "believe on the ONE whom God sent", and that ONE is Christ the Lord.
This is : "Justification by Faith".

So you've found one verse out of many that says to be saved you must do this one thing: "as many will call on the Name of the Lord, shall be saved". If you read the new testament there are many requirements for salvation, in fact there are so many that I can't list them all, one of them includes baptism, another the Holy Spirit and another the bread and wine of the New Covenant. And many works also.

So let me ask you this, why would anyone listen to someone who preaches from one verse and ignores the rest in a vast book of verses regarding salvation? Doesn't that appear to you to be not covering your bases well? If so much is required for salvation that the bible does teach, why wouldn't everyone want to be part of all of it?

In other words, you proclaim to be a Pauline Christian, and I looked that up and it really doesn't look that way to me, your beliefs appear distinct from Pauline teachings. The Catholic church is based on Pauline teachings, but that's not what your proclaiming here.
