Well I got my blood work back and the only thing that looked bad to me was my vitamin D. It was in the insufficient range. I had my other doctor check that a while back when I complained about fatigue years ago. She explained low vit D can cause fatigue. So I will need to talk to my doctor about that and what to do about it.
The test was ordered by my cystic fibrosis doctor so it has something to do with my disease.
What i am about to say YOU already know . Your body probably has a tough time pulling nutrients from food .
Thus eat as much food that is packed with vitamins plus whatever else they tell ya .
The average life span they say is forty four years of age . BUT THE LORD GOD IS IN CONTROL .
DID you know that in twenty fourteen their was a lady still alive with this disease , SHE WAS EIGHTY TWO at the time .
EIGHTY TWO . that is longer than even the average life span . SO just KNOW GOD IS IN CONTROL .
Eat as healthy as you can and i wonder if they can get vitamin D into you through the blood and not just the stomach .
OH wait you can . THE sunlight my friend . GET some sun light .
