You are correct. There is no mention of Lucifer. But because jews don't worship the one true God and rejected him as Savior, they can only be worshiping Satan in spirit. The word Lucifer comes from a translation error in the King James Bible. They were translating from the Latin Vulgate and when they came to the word "lucifer" a Latin word, they did not translate it as they should have, they just put the word "lucifer" in the King James Bible and made it a proper name. They should have gone back to the Hebrew word "helel" and translated it as "day star" or "morning star". Lucifer is a created name from a translation error.

The day star is Nimrod who is said to become the sun at his death. Isaiah 14 is talking about Nimrod the king of Babylon who will become the 8th king who is of the seven. He is the beast of the sea in Revelation 13 who was and is not and will come again.

But the serious issue is how many covenants does God honor. As far as I read there's only one and it's called the New covenant.
