The context of Rev 13 is very different and more in keeping with the story of Elijah where God sent fire down out of heaven to consume all of Elijah's sacrifice on the altar of stone that Elijah had built for his demonstration of the Greatness of God.

Kill Box. They have the ability to "send fire down out of heaven" (another counterfeit miracle, a lying wonder, but effective nonetheless) on any number of squares. The perp's are nearly finished with automating A.I. Imagine the possibilities on both an individual level and a regional level...
I see the fire as being related to the grandeur and ability of God to perform miracles and wonders.

45 years ago, the U.S. Marines already had what we referred to as "dog man." As a member of a 4-man squad, when it became impossible to safely proceed further against an adversary, dog man would shed his clothes and stealthily, quickly, on all fours, proceed to the objective and accomplish the kill while fully deploying the weaponized superior prey abilities of a dog. When he returned, he would redress and rejoin the squad. The guy was genetically modified, quite hairy, face looked more doglike than human.

Yeah, it's not difficult. Better still, run out a trotline. A trotline is a long, anchored fishing line with many baited hooks or baits attached at intervals, used passively to catch fish like catfish or crabs, often stretched across a river or set along the bottom, and checked periodically by "trotting" along it in a boat or pulling it in. It's a "force multiplier" in an off-grid scenario, an awesome protein source.
