Agreed, but when Christ beat the money changers away from the temple, do you think he was defending God or the Temple? Do you think he may have made them better men?

Jesus always understood the hearts of men with whom He spoke and with whom He had other dealings. He worked the work for which He had been sent. When we always understand those things in any man and have His unadulterated love, and have been given the task then we can and should do likewise. If there is any doubt in our heart or mind, should we blast away at our apparent opponent anyway?

Jesus was always willing to defend God and the things of God, but sometimes God's will required Him to be silent and allow an apparent injustice to occur:

"And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.
Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?
And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly." Matt 27:12-14

We know as Jesus knew that they accusing him of things falsely. He would be condemned even though He more than any one of us was innocent. But...as Solomon wrote about a thousand years earlier:

"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
...a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;" Ecc 3:1, 7

Jesus' actions were directed at no other than those who were desecrating the one Holy Place God had established as a meeting place between God and man. The temple contained the Holy of Holies, which could only be entered by the High Priest once a year to communicate with God, and obtain atonement for His people. If any other than the High Priest attempted to enter the Holy of Holies they would have dropped dead on the spot! That which is sacred belongs to God, and to cheapen the sacredness of the temple is not something that God will tolerate.

Aye and when we see that today, we, you and I and the other guy, are now the temple, the lack of toleration on God's part may also be understood!

Okay Grassy, I realize you had stopped speaking the English language from inception. That is the first step in promoting a new un-Biblical cult. And for sure you will be able suck in the terminally ignorant and ungodly to follow your cult.

And I respect your concession admitting defeat, that you cannot defend your cult from Scripture nor the commonly spoken English language.
