There are still a few things in the other house.
Enough for me to be able to spend the night when I go there to check on it.
I took it of the market.
The forest fires in BC the last two summers have killed part of the real estate market.
There are people who can not get fire insurance anymore and of course the banks will not issue mortgages without proof of insurance.
That's only one of the problems for buyers in BC right now.

I'm not worried. I list it again in spring.
I have somebody using my big shop on the property.
They keep an eye on the house and will plough the driveway when we get snow.
And besides all this, it's in the Lord's hands, not mine.
Praise God for pulling me through the fact that I lost my wife in this freak accident.
He's still in control no matter what's gong on.

I'm planning a trip to the Peace River country in northern Alberta next month.

Bless you Helen, Nancy, Amadeus, and the many others who are my friends on this forum.
Who knows but that the time may come that moving back into a more remote area away from the city may be the more pragmatic way to avoid any coming social or political crisis.

Yes, that time could come, Brakelite.
I agree.
I believe the time is now for all to seriously consider to leave the larger cities for smaller towns in preparation to hiding in more secluded places in the mountains. The time will be soon upon us that all who seek to obey Gods commandments in opposition to the commandments of men, will become the execration of society and the enemy of the state. Remaining in the cities will become a death warrant.

Sorry to put a spanner in the happy Vibe wheel of this thread.

:D Yep. But true ...we did just that ...opted out...move 75 miles north of Ft St John on the Alaskan highway. But that was in 1976. It was a long time to wait...so we came back out.

Just as well, we are 77 and 81 now....a bit old and not so healthy for living out in the bush. :D

Haha. My wife and I had been living in the bush and/or farms for the last 30 years. Last two years we've been in Melbourne... With a population bigger than our entire home country!!!!

Well, living in central British Columbia is just that, secluded.
Only problem would be winter weather. Lots of snow and very cold temp.

But you know what?
Do we trust the Lord yes or no, when he said don't worry about the day of tomorrow.

I don't worry about tomorrow. :)

My view recently at the new house.
Did not sell the other one yet though.
Now I have two houses, till that one sells.
Who in their right mind would chase you into such a cold inhospitable environment...oh, hold on. We are talking about the NWO. none of them would be in their right mind.
You are right though... God can take care of us anywhere...

That is the bottom line, isn't it? We either trust Him or we do not. I have such an unbelievable peace that comes from trusting Him and no longer worrying about things I have no control over anyhow ♥
