Cute British Robin....I miss them...what they call "Robin's" here is twice the size of a British Robin.

Great pic
So...are you pretty much moved down now? At least you are doing it before the snow flies!! :)

There are still a few things in the other house.
Enough for me to be able to spend the night when I go there to check on it.
I took it of the market.
The forest fires in BC the last two summers have killed part of the real estate market.
There are people who can not get fire insurance anymore and of course the banks will not issue mortgages without proof of insurance.
That's only one of the problems for buyers in BC right now.

I'm not worried. I list it again in spring.
I have somebody using my big shop on the property.
They keep an eye on the house and will plough the driveway when we get snow.
And besides all this, it's in the Lord's hands, not mine.
Praise God for pulling me through the fact that I lost my wife in this freak accident.
He's still in control no matter what's gong on.

I'm planning a trip to the Peace River country in northern Alberta next month.

Bless you Helen, Nancy, Amadeus, and the many others who are my friends on this forum.

Oh dear...but I can understand the way in ref to the Fire insurance. Everything is so risky now, except in the Cities with the fires. :(

God has a buyer somewhere ...so we will keep on praying....for the Spring... Good that you have a friend to keep an eye on the place and cause it to "look used" by ploughing the drive.

Im sure with God's grace you are healing now from the shocking sudden grief. You will soon be laugh again at the fun you and she had together throughout your marriage. In time the thoughts of such blessing return again. She is happy....that helps. :)

Bless you...H
