Ye sing that song to my Grand daughter
And I play it on my harmonica at times during our little coffee get togethers twice a week in the clubhouse of our apartment complex: That and songs from "The Sound of Music", "Oklahoma" and others. Old Christian hymns are also in the music I play on the harmonica and on the piano. I really play mostly onto the Lord, although some of the older folks ask me at time to play old songs, secular or gospel. If I know the melody in my head I can play it on the harmonica. On the piano I need to read the music.

they are and covering the pretty blue all up.
Yeah they can deny all they want, that they are not doing anything, but there is nothing natural about our skies anymore....Began noticing in the late 80's early 90's and it's just gotten much worse since then.....America is surely worse than here in oz, but it does happen here also........silly humans !

This is not a photo...but just pretend that it is :D
Everyone may have seen it...but it's worth the re-run. Haha!!
I enjoyed it....again.

Hi Grace. You brought back a lot of memories. John Clarke (sadly recently deceased) was a kiwi who started his career back in the 70s in television entertainment paying the role of the quintessential kiwi back-block farmer...Fred Dagg, who had 7 brothers, Trevor, Trevor, Trevor, Trevor, Trevor, Trevor, and the youngest, Trevor. If you you tube Fred Dagg you'll find him.

You know why satan fights you when you praise & worship?
Because he was a former employee who got fired for non-performance.

Clinton, BC
According to newspaper reports from September 1967, the battle began when riders representing a number of gangs rolled into Clinton and took over the Frontier Pub, wreaking havoc and beating at least one local senseless.
Soon the street filled with vigilantes, many of them armed. RCMP shut down every business in town and escorted the bikers to a guarded camp outside Clinton. But several men crept through the perimeter, armed with baseball bats and a .22 rifle.
An 18-year-old biker was shot in the side (he later recovered). The riders were escorted all the way back to Vancouver, swearing revenge.
“We're ready,” locals told reporters. The bikers never returned.Clinton, BC.jpg

Wow @Triumph1300 is that really from your deck? I never know when you are joking. Where are you? You told me once but I forget.
Are you in Prince George, Terrace or somewhere even higher up...?
Do you have a cabin on an acreage? We lived for a yes up 72 miles north of Fort St John. Then 12 miles into the bush.
But nothing as pretty as that...just the Blueberry river running through.

We are on a 1 acre lot at a central BC lake.
Been here 20 years. Bought bare land and built the house.
Yes we can swim here but it's still to cold.
The ice only gone since end of april.
Planted over 100 evergreens on the property, fur and spruce etc.
Planted about 30 willows at the shoreline.
There are lots of junipers here as well.
We hate cutting trees down.
