Pitt-Bull Van Impe calls on Pope Francis to Resign Today!!
A grand jury report in Pennsylvania found that possibly more than 1,000 children in six dioceses had been sexually abused by about 300 priests or higher ranking officials.

On top of that, the report said that bishops and other top church officials had tried to contain the public outcry and liability by covering up the crimes, which Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro claimed “went all the way to the Vatican.” http://www.foxnews.com/world/2018/08...n-vatican.html

Matthew 18:6-7
6“If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. 7Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble!
Luke 17:1 and Mark 9:421Jesus said to his disciples: “Things that cause people to stumble are bound to come, but woe to anyone through whom they come.2It would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck than to cause one of these little ones to stumble.

I'm sorry, but all I see is people actually doing nothing to protect children. All they seem to be doing is demanding their vindictive pound of flesh AFTER they have stood by and allowed all this to take place. And we have known about this problem at least for my entire life (I'm 73).

While I agree there seems to be a enormous amount of finger pointing, and it's true that nothing positive will probably come from it. However, I want to point out that in any process where true change is possible, we first have to identify what/who went wrong in the first place. If children come forward and say they were abused, but we can't know who was behind it, or who facilitated, enabled or approved the culture of abuse behind it, then the pattern will just keep repeating itself. I think this is what Jesus and John meant when they talked of bringing such thing into the light. We need to shine on and expose any such practices, be they in the Catholic Church, the Protestant Church, or any other institution that looks the other way while people in authority take advantage over children.

Why will nothing positive come of the pope and all the Roman Catholic clergy resigning as a total admission of guilt? Under different conditions they would be charged with crimes or being accessories to crimes, and locked up for a very long time.

The ones who did not actually become predators protected and supported those who assaulted the young people, and also supported the corrupt clerical system which produced these monsters.

The only way to really protect the children would be to DISMANTLE the corrupt hierarchical clerical system. Obviously, no one will do that.

Well, I'm not really convinced that the Pope will actually resign. The fact that he hasn't really addressed the whole 'scandal' yet, but sort of shunted it down the line for a bit later tells me he's keen to try and smooth it all over. And I saw a news article (sterling source of the truth I know, but it does give a sample representative of what sort of spin they're trying to put on it) where a Priest was intent on telling everyone that despite what everyone was seeing on the news, it wasn't this big scandal or a big deal at all.

So, I don't know...I suppose I'll wait and see, but, yeah, I don't know that I expect to see his resignation. I don't think he'll do it.

As believer's, on a one on one Strategy, would be to Fast and Pray, through a collective group, of believer's - That God would revel these predator's, and that God would by His will bring His Justice to bare, and to stop this from continuing! The biggest problem is that the Majority of people in this world are devoid of the Principle's of God. the key influence of people's mindset is Satan, and I would bet that he was just slap silly happy during the existence of Sodom, and Gamora! Nothing new under the sun!
By the way, God raised up nation's for His use, and then brought them down, according to His will! He Ain't finished Yet!
You might want to rethink the statement! - When the fullness of the Gentile's come in, What! just think about what it could have meant!

You are spot on with all and Mat 18:6-7 and Luke 7:1 Mark 9:42 is a fact that all should take heed.

Many a good Catholic has been trying to get rid of Pope Francis for all his stupid lies, he is a total disgrace and is peddling a new age of Sodom in fact and does not attack the root of the problem in line with God but just a new age Political Correct bastardised Sodomite Satanic stance, just like with all the Anti-Christ bastards are peddling now.

When AIDS came out the RCC did the correct thing but the Satanist media schools etc bastardised what Pope JP 2 truly was saying, they worked to twist it all around to make the Pope look like a total fool, so I had many people that I had to correct them as to the facts to what the moronic trash that the media etc were making out.

But now the Media and Satanist all Love this Pope Frances because what he says is not Biblical because it is geared to Socialist Marxist filth, that will only enslave people to Satan, this Pope supports Sodomites and he is one of the worst offenders any road, where he lived before that place is full of Sodomites and the idiot said who am I to Judge them, well fact is when you are one yourself, I think how could he ? same with him saying that Islam is the same god as he worships, he should of got a sack directly for saying that and all. what a total moron !

The war on Sodomites just does not exist, but it's encouraged everywhere nowadays, not to mention that if you speak out on the subject the Satanist are doing everything in there power to stop you from exposing them and they have been for 40 years and they have increased there powers way beyond what they ever had now and they are masters at playing the majority of people for fools.
Many people have been trying to expose such Sodomites for 40 years and it's been a hard slog all the way, but they work there 'Great Delusions' like a charm and the people swallow it all like chooks because they are not Born Again of the Holy Spirit and as Mat 18: 6-7 and Luke 7:1 and Mark 9:42 in form us must not be just dismissed. we have a Sodomite mob in Australia calling there games under the heading called "Safe Schools", truth be told it's nothing but Satanist trying to destroy our Children's Souls with depraved total filth.

All true. But, it extends to far more than just institutions. The real problem seems to lie in our neglect of individuals in our societies.

This is undoubtedly true. How do you think we could even start to combat it? It's hard to know a person has those tendencies until they do something awful, as they hide it. True, there is probably hints on their web searches etc, but for the government/police to be able to know about these things earlier, we're looking at waving goodbye to any sort of privacy we have now.
I think there is focus on the institutions for two main reasons: 1, they're visible at the moment...a lot of victims are coming forward. 2, they give pedophiles an easy place to hide. Regardless if we're talking Catholic or Protestant (I'm not picking on either here), they give an evil person with these desires a place where they know they will have access to children and people who will probably trust their children to them if they are "in the pulpit or serving". It's despicable, but so is everything about what they do.
So, because the churches give these people a place to operate, I think this is why the conversation is revolving around it at present...how can we combat that issue? How can we make sure that these people are not put in a place of trust?

The biggest obstacle and hinderance to early discovery and help is the very law system we have let politicians convince us to put into place.
