The title above I believe is the real motivation behind a dialogue with Catholic high school students in Rome this weekend, Pope Francis responded to a question about how to deal with atheists and people of other faiths by saying that Christians should never proselytize — and any who do are not truly Christians.

Same approach as Islam. While Islam may Dawah, and Roman Catholicism take over the schooling through the Jesuits, and both through breeding, both systems are terrified of the Everlasting Gospel, and can not ever stand upon equal ground with it, and so must try to take advantage by any means possible. They fear the word of God, and instead resort to force of arms and state laws, as both systems are religio-political entities, and the one born of the other.
