My wife went to take care of her dad. She said it is very stressful and would appreciate prayer. Her name is Lori.
Please pray for my wife.

Thanks everyone. I talked to Lori and he is better but back in the hospital. 84 years old and just having trouble eating losing weight causing trouble with the nurse's :-). I told her I posted for prayer, she said to tell say thank you!

I prayed for your wife and father-in-law. Hope you all have been relieved from stress.
Hello soulman, it sounds like your wife is going through a difficult time, hope you find strength in the Lord Jesus and comfort in him brother.
Here is a bit of scripture it’s hard in difficult times of suffering for Christ having love for God and others.
“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men.
The Lord is near.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.
The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at last you have revived your concern for me; indeed, you were concerned before, but you lacked opportunity. Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am.
I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need.
I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. Nevertheless, you have done well to share with me in my affliction.”

She is doing fine, same age on oxygen but tuff as nails haha. Dad may get to go home today.

Praying for Lori and that she finds comfort while taking care of her dad who I also pray for, that he gets well, I know how bad stress can be and the effects it has on the body, I go through it daily, my thoughts and prayers are with Lori and her dad.

She is doing ok, thanks for asking. She said last night again she appreciates all the prayer. I have sent her screen shots of the thread and she is touched by it. He is home and doing better but needs her help right now. She is getting in the swing of things and all the prayer has helped. He spends a lot of time in bed. Has an appetite and can get up and mobile, just weak.
