So yes: God loved us before He created us - loved every detail! He foresaw it all, the good times, the bad, the sin, the repentance and He loved us!

Once God created us, He made His Love constant - waited for us to seek Him, to inquire of what He had done! He rejoiced to be tested, with true and false, hard and easy and He kept loving us!
