SHALOM in CHRIST

Yes, I know that you said that Matthew 12:27-28 is talking the Second Coming. To clarify that you believe that Satan will be bind at that time and Christ will start spoiling many people from Satan's house? Seriousily? If Satan has not been bind yet since the cross, we are not saved yet! You got the timing of the binding of Satan all wrong.

Let me say this again. Please read carefully.

You made the fundamental error of equating Satan's binding with a lack of earthly wars, earthly famine and earthly disease. This is an unbiblical presupposition. Satan was not bound so that the world would have no famine or disease. The poverty, famine, war and disease we will have with us always since the fall of man. What you are talking about is a pure humanistic outlook, not Christianity. Satan was bound so that those who were chosen of God could be spoiled (seized by conquest) from his prison house (Isaiah 61:1-2.; Luke 4:18) and rule that Satan held over them. Christ didn't bind Satan to save everyone in the world, but to save "His People," not all people of the world. The election.

Matthew 1:21
  • "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins."
John 17:9
  • "I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine."
This is the God of the Bible, not a god of man's own imagination. He came to save "His people" and that is why He bound Satan in the first place so that the church could be fill with people spoiled by God! Selah! It was not so that sin would cease from all the nations of the world, but so that sin could cease in the elect of all nations. Scripture underscores the fact that Satan's house was plundered (his goods taken by conquest) by the work of Christ at the cross, which confirmed and instituted Christ's Kingdom, establishing His reign over these elect that He set free. This is what the white horse of Revelation 6 is all about! Christ went forth conquering, and to conquer by freeing His people from Satan's house of spiritual bondage for the past 2,000 years. This is how Satan was bound for the sake of Christ's Elect. But he still rule through unsaved people who are not chosen by God which is why we suffer tribulation with them.

If satan was bound literally as you claim, then the world would be being run by the Lord... and it is not.

No, you still don't get it.

The Kingdom of God was never established to make all the whole world righteous or have world peace, that is the error of Premillennialism and also to a degree of Postmillennialism. The Kingdom of God is in fact the prevailing influence in how the church runs their lives. It never was, and never will be the prevailing influence of how the "world" runs their lives. They are two separate and "distinct" Kingdoms, which are adversarial to one another. Satan was not bound for the world's sake, Satan was bound for the elect of the Kingdom of Heaven's sake. For the world, Satan still goes about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. For the true believers, he has no more power over us. His power over us has been broken. This is why Christ has wounded the head of this Beast for us. Not for the world. Get it?!

John 17:9
  • "I pray for them: I pray not for the world but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine."
As for the "visible" church over the years killing and doing all manner of evil, this has ALWAYS been the case, and always will be as long as we are on this sin cursed earth. There is the corporate or external Covenant church, and then there is the true Covenanted church. Just as God said about Israel, "They are not all Israel, which are of Israel," meaning, there was a corporate Israel v.s. a true Israel of God. And 'according to this verse' only one was the "true" Israel in God's definition. Or did it mean that Satan was not bound. It means that Satan was not bound "for them," because it is unlikely they were God's elect.

Luke 6:44
  • "For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes."
Thorns are they who choke and hamper the fruit, not that cultivate it.

Unless you are a calvinist who has been deceived in to believing God is the author of all the evil that is going on in the world.

False accusation.

Feel free to rip the Book of Hebrews out of your bible and consider it to be lies.

No, the book of Hebrews supports our position. You just don't understand it because you have been deceived by false doctrine about modern nation Israel, literal 1,000 kingdom, third temple, etc.

Most who claim to be Christians are actually tares who work for satan and don't even know it.

AMMMMEEEEENNNNNN! They always have been under Satan's spiritual bondage "because" they are not the chosen ones that Christ bind Satan for! Selah!

And one more thing to think about...

God destroyed the works of the Devil. AT THE CROSS. And there is no "if" about it. There is only "I will receive what God's word actually says," or else "I will reject what God's word actually says." It is either God's word is my authority for what is true, or God's word is not my authority for what is true. There is no "if" God said it. God unambiguously said it, and the church has been given to witness with Power and are tearing down strongholds and destroying works of the devil trough the testimony of Christ. As the Apostles said when they realized the serpents and scorpions were subject to them by Christ's Word. There is no "if" God destroyed Satan that they rule, there is only, He did! Again:

Hebrews 2:14
  • "Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
  • And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage."
Where is the, if? Christ destroyed the works of the devil FOR Christians, but obviously NOT for the world, just as He said. It's the reason He said He didn't pray for the world, but only for those given Him out of the world. This is why Satan had to be bind first so that church could be build. Not sometimes in the future like you think!

Yes, you did because you deny that Satan was cast into "prison" in Matthew 12:28-29, so you assume that he have not YET bind until Second Coming. See #863. You did not really understand what Christ was saying in Matthew 12:28-29 that he had to bind Satan FIRST so he could build the church before he can be loosened as Revelation 20 shows.

I DID say that Matt 24:29-31 is the Second Coming of Christ

No, you did not say this to me for the last 5 pages.

You’re mistaken about the timing. It is the SAME BINDING described in both Matthew 12:29 and Revelation 20:1–3. The “key” in Revelation 20:1 represents Christ’s authority to restrain Satan. Through this authority, Christ bound Satan so that he could not deceive those whom Christ intended to seal (spoil) until all of His elect were secured. Only after this sealing is complete will Satan's power to deceive be restored. The act of being cast into the “bottomless pit” simply signifies that Satan’s power is restrained, not destroyed—his influence is limited as far as Elect are concerned until God’s redemptive plan for the elect is fulfilled.

Matt 12 is, just as you said, about Christ's Authority over stana an dhis demons = to cast them out of PEOPLE

Christ RESERVES His Authority to cast satan out of the heavens down to earth in Rev ch12

Christ RESERVES His Authority to cast satan into a sealed prison at His RETURN = 1 Peter 5:8 , Revelation 20:1-4

Good Morning David,

The prophecy was fulfilled through the birth of Christ (Rev 12). That's when there was war in heaven and Satan and his demonic spirits were cast out of heaven to the earth. That's when the angels of heaven rejoiced because salvation through the Christ child has come. Through His cross and resurrection the power of Satan and his evil hosts is spiritually bound, that's how Christ was able to enter into his house (depths of hell/grave) and set those who were demon possessed free. Free from bondage of sin and death that was upon all of humanity.

Isaiah 7:14 (KJV) Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Isaiah 9:6-7 (KJV)
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Matthew 1:23 (KJV) Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Luke 1:35 (KJV)
And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Luke 2:6-12 (KJV)
And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

Revelation 12:1-2 (KJV) And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

Revelation 12:5 (KJV) And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Revelation 12:7-10 (KJV)
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Jeremiah 33:14-16 (KJV) Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah. In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land. In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness.

Isaiah 53:1-12 (KJV) Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

Thank you for the scriptures = i read them quickly and will review when i get back.

Like yesterday, i have to step out now but will be back later.

KEY here is 'WHEN' Christ took the Keys from satan!

Only after HE died on the Cross.

If Christ did not remain sinless and go on to SUFFER and DIE on the Cross, satan would of won and retained the keys/authority

There are 3 Levels of Deployment by the LORD against the kingdom of satan

The first 2 Levels have been accomplished and secured

One more remains

a.) Do you know what the 3 Levels are?

b.) and which one remains?

Matt 12 is, just as you said, about Christ's Authority over stana an dhis demons = to cast them out of PEOPLE

Ahhh, first, do you now admit that you never told me Matthew 24 to me on this thread? Humm?

Second, you do not understand who are Satan and his angels of Revelation 12. They are not "demons" which the word is not found in my KJV Bible. They are the devil or devils in places where the modern translations these as "demon" or "demons," as if they are created by God in heaven. Nope. Do you even know what is the devil? Consider wisely:

Rev 12:9
(9) And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Satan and the "devil" are the same spirit - the spirit of man! Listen to what Christ said:

Joh 6:70-71
(70) Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
(71) He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

Jesus said it plainly: “one of you is a devil.” Notice, He did not say Judas was possessed by a devil. No! Jesus called Judas a devil because it was his own rebellious spirit — his nature and his actions — that went against the will of Christ. He was not the chosen one to be saved. Never was yet he is one of the 12 to show us that there are many antichrists like him among us in the church today. Judas was not merely a victim of an outside force; he himself was acting out the will of Satan, his own spirit.

Rev 18:2
(2) And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

Christ is not describing Babylon as if it’s filled with celestial, winged creatures called “devils” or “demons.” No! He is talking about men — false prophets, false christs, and those deceived by them. These people operate under the spirit of Satan. Their own disobedient, corrupt spirit is what God labels as “devils.”

This is exactly how God sees them:
  • They carry the nature of Satan.
  • They spread his lies.
  • They embody his rebellion.
Therefore, they are called “devils” — not because they are supernatural beings, but because they are messengers and vessels of the same spirit of rebellion that defines Satan himself. Now go back to Revelation 12:
Rev 12:7-9
(7) And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
(8) And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
(9) And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Do you imagine God is speaking of winged celestial beings here? Absolutely not. The Greek word [aggelos] means messenger — not a floating spirit-being as tradition falsely teaches. Likewise, the Hebrew word [mal’ak] in Daniel also means messenger, not “angel” in the mystical sense people have invented.

This mistaken belief that God created a special race of supernatural winged beings called “angels” is a dangerous distortion. Scripture calls them messengers — and the question is, whose message are you carrying? You are either a messenger of Christ or a messenger of Satan, depending on the spirit that rules you! Selah!

So in verse 7, this “war in heaven” is not a sci-fi clash of spirit beings in the sky. It is the war inside the kingdom of heaven on earth at that time — the Old Testament congregation. Michael (Christ) and His true messengers (Peter, James, John, etc.) fought against the false messengers: the Pharisees, Scribes, and Jews who rejected Christ. These men were not neutral; they bore the spirit of Satan within them!

Christ casting them out signifies that He removed their kingdom-representative status. They were stripped of being God’s spokesmen and exposed as Satan’s messengers. The old testament congregation has fallen and Christ rebuilt it as a church where we as his messengers now representing Him by preaching the gospel ever since Pentecost.

And mark this well: the same pattern will strike the New Testament Church. False prophets, false christs, and their followers will seize rule within the Church itself. That corrupted body is the Babylon the Great the Lord warned about — is now full of devils (people) who wear Christ’s name but operate under the spirit of Satan just like the Pharisees, Scribes of Old Testament! Get it??

Christ RESERVES His Authority to cast satan into a sealed prison at His RETURN = 1 Peter 5:8 , Revelation 20:1-4

But that statement of yours shows a complete misunderstanding of what the bottomless pit truly represents. You imagines it as a literal sealed prison where Satan will one day be locked up physically. That’s false doctrine.

The bottomless pit is not a geographical hole in the ground or in space — it is a spiritual condition symbolizing Satan’s restriction. His power to deceive the nations was restrained for the sake of God’s Elect, so that the Church could be built through the preaching of the Gospel after the Cross.

Therefore, Satan was already bound when Christ triumphed at Calvary and began gathering His people from every nation. The “bottomless pit” signifies that his influence was limited, not that he was thrown into a literal dungeon as you brainwashed!

And you have the timing completely wrong. Satan’s binding was not something postponed to Christ’s Second Coming — it was the direct result of Christ’s first victory at the Cross.

KEY here is 'WHEN' Christ took the Keys from satan!

Only after HE died on the Cross.

Do you hear what you’re saying? If Christ “got the key from Satan” at the Cross, then Satan was bound right there and then! Not waiting 2,000 years later for some future event to use the key to bind him.

Scripture confirms this:

Colossians 2:15 (KJV)

  • And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Christ’s triumph on the Cross already disarmed Satan and his forces.

Revelation 1:18 (KJV):
  • I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
The keys were received immediately after His death and resurrection, giving Him authority over Satan and death from that moment forward, not at some delayed future date.

Waiting to bind Satan “later” completely misrepresents the timing and the victory Christ accomplished at the Cross. The authority to restrain him began the very day Christ triumphed over sin and death. Selah!
