Mark 3:28-29

28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:

29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.

They key here is "in danger" which indicates it can be reversed and one can be saved from it. But how would one blaspheme against the Holy Spirit? First they would have to be against the fruits of the Holy Spirit and blaspheme against them:

Galatians 5:22-23

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law.

So if you blaspheme against these qualities of God you're in danger of eternal damnation.

You have made a tiny small point in regard to what is required for salvation. The entire New Testament must be followed to be saved from sin, this includes baptism, confirmation of the Holy Spirit of God, taking the bread and wine sacraments, having faith and believing in Jesus as our Savior and God, taking care of the poor, ill and in prison: following the beatitudes, etc, etc, etc.

Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is a separate matter all in itself. We must distinguish that from the rest of the scripture. This is something we discuss here to clarify to those that don't understand it. But yes the New Testament is full of requirements to be saved, verse after verse. It's also full of warnings of eternal damnation for committing different sins.

<<rejecting Jesus>> is what EVERY sinner is guilty of <<to the day of one's death>>. DENYING THIS VERY INDELIBLE SIN OF HUMAN NATURE AND BEING, is what constitutes <REJECTION OF JESUS> and denies and defies FORGIVENESS for it, THE SIN of one's whole life.
Forgiven sin is all and every unforgiveable sin through Jesus Christ nevertheless forgiven;
unforgiveable sin is all and every forgivable sin forgiveness for through Jesus Christ is nevertheless denied and never is accepted.
