The Spirit is The Holy Spirit whom was relaying the words of Jesus to the author of Revelations.

The hidden manna is symbolic of Jesus' eternal life that he gives to those who overcome. John 6:47-51

In order to fully understand this part of scripture, you have to understand the Seder supper that was part of Passover. The hidden manna was part of the Seder supper and under the New Testament is revealed as being Jesus. The spirit is the Holy Spirit. The following link may be helpful to you
