I am defending my friend whom I have known for a number of years on another forum where we fellowshipped and had many good discussions. It seems that no one else is prepared to defend her against your unfair and unBiblical accusations, so I am not going to apologise to you or anyone else for putting my oar in on a public thread as this one is.
I see that you are avoiding my answer about my sinfulness and yours in the light of the Ten Commandments, and so you want to discredit me and question my right to contribute and defend my friend.
Oh, I must add arrogance to my list of sins, because when I was in my early 30s, as an up and coming deacon in my church I looked down on those who always needed counselling and those whom I thought were "carnal" Christians. It took a revelation from the Holy Spirit through a life changing set of circumstances to show me that we are all debtors to sin, and we all need the same Saviour, and no one is born again better than anyone else, and we all have to stand before God and be found guilty of sin, and then have our cases dismissed because Jesus took the penalty upon Himself, not because we deserve it, but because of God's mercy and grace. Therefore we are all debtors to mercy and grace, no exceptions.
We are all equal in Christ, and there are none who are more equal than the rest of us.
