Anyone who elevates themselves on the same level as Jesus attaining "sinless perfection" is asking for it, as they throw around cool titles as if it means something in of itself.
I have had extensive discussions with her about this, and she certainly does not claim sinless perfection. There is a difference between acknowledging that sin does not have any power over us or any penalty exacted on us for it; and saying that we are sinlessly perfect. She will free acknowledge that in her flesh there is the presence of sin, but she reckons her flesh dead in Christ. That's not sinless perfection.

Oh, ...well I completely missed your point on it!
Well then, let me repeat it, Giggles for God is entirely and unequivocally demonic, tantamount to blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
Thank you CL for clarifying, I would've hated to be misunderstood on that point!

Attributing an act of God to the devil is blasphemy. I see you don't care.

So you are a good person, and not a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart like all the rest of us?
You have never told a lie in your life? Never taken anything that does not belong to you irrespective of value? Never used the Lord's name as a swear word (even saying OMG)? Never looked at a person with lust?
I'll leave those answers to your own conscience.
Paul, at what point did you enter this conversation? I have been denouncing anyone that claims that they don't sin, the minute i entered this thread.
You've replied to me several times now, and I haven't a clue from where you are coming from, not a clue?

I see that you can't tell the difference, and are clearly a blasphemer. I am not joking now or employing hyperbole. Like I've always said CL, you do not have the Spirit anywhere within 10 miles from you, nowhere near.
You are outrageous in your claims, absolutely absurd. Not to be taken seriously!

Nope, my boat is above both of yours. Only a fool and a blasphemer, would ever try to even intimate that they don't sin. On any level whatsoever. I can't even believe that we're having this conversation, entirely and categorically nonsense. What in the world is the point that you & CL are trying to make, I can't for the life of me even imagine???
What are you trying to establish?
I am saying, that if you tested yourself against the Ten Commandments, and were honest about it, you will find that because of the Commandments you have broken from your youth up, you will discover that you are a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart like all the rest of us, and when you were born again, you were born again with the same grace and mercy of God that we all received.

So you are no better than the rest of us, and certainly no better than Paul who said that he was the chief of all sinners!

You're speaking in a mystical manner, not a practical and applicable one. Only wisdom circumvents sin, understanding why God prohibits it, is the beginning of desisting it. Gaining a profound understanding of the depravity and bondage of sin, is how to overcome it. Appreciating God's grace and Christ's love for God, will compel one to obey God's Word.
Let us know when you have arrived at that very elevated state of moral rectitude and then let us know your secret.

I understand my claims are just foolishness to you. Paul said they would be. And Jesus said I would be hated. Well, that is obvious on this forum, and not just by you.

I am defending my friend whom I have known for a number of years on another forum where we fellowshipped and had many good discussions. It seems that no one else is prepared to defend her against your unfair and unBiblical accusations, so I am not going to apologise to you or anyone else for putting my oar in on a public thread as this one is.

I see that you are avoiding my answer about my sinfulness and yours in the light of the Ten Commandments, and so you want to discredit me and question my right to contribute and defend my friend.

Oh, I must add arrogance to my list of sins, because when I was in my early 30s, as an up and coming deacon in my church I looked down on those who always needed counselling and those whom I thought were "carnal" Christians. It took a revelation from the Holy Spirit through a life changing set of circumstances to show me that we are all debtors to sin, and we all need the same Saviour, and no one is born again better than anyone else, and we all have to stand before God and be found guilty of sin, and then have our cases dismissed because Jesus took the penalty upon Himself, not because we deserve it, but because of God's mercy and grace. Therefore we are all debtors to mercy and grace, no exceptions.

We are all equal in Christ, and there are none who are more equal than the rest of us.

Don't play that card CL, for you are completely out-there, by anyone's esteem. Stop the self-exaltation, and pseudo spiritual awareness.

Yes, according to the natural man, you are extremely right, and don't even know the half of it! :D

Chapter and verse, please.

(Revelation 13:11) "And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon."

To me this one verse alone about the second beast doesn't get nearly the attention it deserves, seeing that he calls down fire from heaven and somehow gives life to the "image of the beast" allowing it to speak. This character is obviously given a tremendous amount of supernatural power, beyond even the first beast. And when I see all these people acting like buffoons in churches speaking gibberish and calling that a "sign" from God, it makes me very suspicious. I just might make a thread about this second beast, and his "dragon" speech.

You are guilty by association then. Be careful how you chose your friends, for you will be judged accordingly. I've only known CL a fraction of what you have, and I can tell that her views are outrageous and unacceptable. Why can't you?
And again, when did you enter this thread? How in the world did you get the impression that i don't believe that I sin, especially when it is your friend who has been espousing that about herself, from the first post?
I've been asserting the opposite right from the start.
I'm not understanding you right now, Paul?
