Yes, if you are IN Christ, you are covered with His righteousness. Just as if I am IN a raincoat, the raincoat is covering me.
Remain in Me is that covered.
I in you is not that covered, although you are covered by the blood.
how are we In Christ?

How are we justified. because if your not justified. Your still dead in your sin..

God actually does COVER a person with His righteousness in the higher walk.

But these people claim to HAVE God's righteousness as their own..by imputing it onto themselves..as per their church practice, rite or ritual.
What exactly is a "higher walk" ?

what passage?

Are you going to go to God with your own righteousness or with Gods.

That passage you gave me did not support what your saying
The passage spoke of the access we can have into the holy of holies and nowhere in it did it mention Imputing anything.

why do we have access? No one could enter the holy place unless they were completely clean. Sinless. or an animal cleaned them of their sin

What makes us clean? What makes us sure, and not fear?

Why do you think you can go when no impure person could ever enter?

Read the passage. It tells you what can give you access. His blood. Not something imputed but the blood He shed. So we approach boldly and have hope to enter, as it says.

We learn righteousness, which is to say, we learn what is acceptable to God. And along the way, we have forgiveness through the blood, we have repentance and turning back to trust when necessary, and we have the hope of glory.

Exactly. That's why we need to be crucified..to destroy the power of sin located in the outer man of the flesh. When we are dead to sin we come alive to God. So then being cleansed from sin we are allowed to enter into the holy place. Go to the cross.

Impossible. The blood of animals has no power of life in it. Only the blood of Christ. Why don't you know this?

What makes us clean? What makes us sure, and not fear?

By the power of the cross. The cross that crucifies US to sin and sin to us...we are made free with the liberation of a resurrection life IN Christ.

Go to the cross.

Yes. The goal (I’ve studied it until it’s coming out of my ears) is to make yourself look good to others and make the other person look like a villain. Great and careful thought is put into plans to make it look like someone else’s goodness is their own and their badness is what the other person is like.
You can read so many stories online of people who were almost completely mentally and emotionally destroyed by covert and malignant narcissists. It’s hideously ugly business.
Since we're talking about NPD, these are some things I've learned from my research.

At it's heart, NPD - Narcissist Personality Disorder - is from a conviction of one's own worthlessness. That sense of worthlessness is sublimated by inventing an alternate self. Grandiose, Covert, Vulnerable, Spiritual, whichever type, that false self must then be proven out continually. And as this is a pathologically adopted personna, no amount of validation is sufficient.

As with any personality disorder, any given individual will be somewhere on a spectrum, with the various specific traits and behaviors unique to the individual.

The children of sufferers of NPD are at great risk of NPD themself, or adopting Narcissist Victim Syndrome. Fear, "walking on eggshells", hyper-vigilence, all trying to appease another who will not be appeased.

Those with NPD learn many ways of supporting their grandiose version of them self. The base belief of worthlessness turns into a driving need for admiration from those who will give it, and the destruction of those who will not.

For the Malignant Narcissist, the most desired outcome for their target is that they would commit suicide. The ability to drive someone to self destruction is their ultimate affirmation. The Spiritual Narcissist will use spiritual themes to seek affirmation and control.

If you ever suspect that you are dealing with someone who has NPD, there is a lot of great information available. Triangulation, using a 3rd person to manipulate the relational dynamic. Gaslighting, trying to be the definer of history and truth. Hoovering, giving you enough to keep you hooked, but taking enough to stay in power.

Learning the dynamics of their various methods allows you to disentangle from those with NPD, or to not be initially drawn in. And some of the tastiest validation they can steal from you is if they can cause you to lose control, and talk or act in ways contrary to who you are.

It's not always enough to gain for them self. It's also about taking from you.

Much love!

It depends on which narrative and role has been assigned to you whether you are in danger of that. If you are the scapegoat child, no. If you are the golden child, yes, it’s possible.
It is a familial spirit.

Children watch their parents and learn from them. The scapegoat child sees the hero, the lost child sees the mascot, They see how it comes about. And depending on their choices, the abused often becomes the abuser, and will have learned all the ways from childhood.

Much love!
