That "pleasure in unrighteousness" is all the things christians like to spend their time on. Like predicting the time of His return. Whenever one these festivals comes around, millions around the world watch and wait for His return. Countless individuals who will be blinded because of their disobedience to His Word. A blindness that causes them to see the Beast as our Lord and Savior.

The Word of God states the Beast will appear before the 2nd coming of Christ. If you don't recognize the Beast, the odds of you recognizing Christ are very, very low.

Being distracted by end times speculation, can distract us from loving God and neighbor. End times events are really the business of the world, not Christians. We've already replaced fear with love. Therefore, I disagree with Christians who seem to demand that Christians know all the different theories and possible outcomes of the end. It means nothing. We are called to love, period.

You are commanded to watch.
When you see Christians being murdered for being Christians sit up and keep an eye on what is happening.

Jesus Christ said his coming would be as hard to miss as the rising Sun. I know, you never read that the lightning from east to west was most likely a reference to the Sun. Or do you even know the book and chapter?

not even taking into account how it misreps Christ's "Second Coming." after all the other passages and even the relevant one we discussed pointing to a spiritual Revelation, and the obvious conundrum involved in assuming the angel was talking to the men of Capernaum or wherever at the beginning of the sentence and you (specifically) at the end, on and on.

I agree they will see Him come down the same way they saw Him go up (Pentecost), and i believe you will see Him come down the same way you saw Him go up (Spiritually), and imo that is more than you can say
