Yeah, she's not hand trained, so she bites if you try to hold her. My daughter was cleaning her cage recently, and Birdie bit her through the glove. She's a fierce little thing.

Oh, yeah, her finger is fine. She had thick gloves on, but she could still feel Birdie's very sharp beak.

Well, if the bird had a sharp beak, maybe it pays to have long nails as a defensive weapon sometimes...
