Snow storm in Québec

Since the day I set foot back in my homeland of Lévis, Québec, Canada it seems like weather's getting worse.2007 was one for the records (snowfall)....this was my first winter back. Rain all summer.2008 near record snowfall....my second year....rain all summer... 2009 earliest snowfall since 1982...You get the picture. Sure is a shift in the weather.I was out of here for 15 years and never heard of such weather for this place...
