I mainly think that because if a human is showing signs of life (as I mentioned, an unborn baby will have a heartbeat, will kick, respond to stimuli, etc.) then I believe it is alive. And I believe that any human who is alive has a soul, so I don't think the creation of a soul occurs at the time of birth, but rather at the beginning of life.
So....in Alabama....
A PATIENT removes a container of test tubes from cryogenic storage and dropped them....Basically destroying the test tube contents. Which all contained embryos.
Is the patient guilty of multiple murder?
What should be their prison sentence?

Thank you, and disagree per scripture of WHY.
Unborn babe are developing, including “instincts” / “reflexes”.
All souls belong to God.(Ezek 18:4)
The Life of all souls belongs to God (breath)
Souls…are the sub-conscience, always aware, whatever it knows, is it’s true.
Souls…ALLOW a body to communicate.
Before birth;
a body develop’s’:
Eyes, but can not See
Mouth, but can not Speak
Ears, but can not Hear
Tongue, but can not Taste
Flesh, but can not Feel Touch.

No….notice the “and” a conjunction for more information about the form-ed body.

[7b] and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man (the formed Body)….became a living soul.
What happens when the formed body, physically dies?
The “living soul” departs out of the dead body. The body begins rotting, and stinks, and is buried….to cover the smell….and begins decomposing and “returning to dust”, from whence is came.
If the soul was IN the developing body, before it was born….(it could, see, hear, cry, taste, feel touch, etc.).
If the soul was IN the developing body, before it was born….it would DIE with the body and return to dust.
However A SOUL is living and depart out of a dead body and goes where?
* If it is “saved” it goes to Heaven to be with the Lord God, in peace and comfort, until the day of Judgement.
* If it is “NOT saved” it goes to Hell to be with other unsaved souls, without the Lord God, and in chaos and discomfort, until the day of Judgement.
As there is natural life and natural death…
There is also spiritual life and spiritual death….(which is its own lengthy study topic)
In Scripture, and even to this day, People have bodily died…their living soul departed out of their body….their living soul returned to their body….and their body resumes living.
You may recall the pretty well known account of Lazarus, he died, was buried in a cave, 4 days later, Jesus was at the tomb of Lazarus and raised him up from the dead.
Perhaps you have heard the name mentioned in Scripture….Elijah?
Another Scriptural account, might interest you, of a son of a widow women, who becomes sick and dies and his soul is returned to him and he again is alive.
That is OT…1 Kings 17: whole chapter for context…1-24.
I don’t want to convince you…
But maybe scripture will.

Inward parts of a man are physical. Have an issue, go to a man called a physician.
The spirit and soul are spiritual. Have an issue, go to the Spiritual Physician.

A mans natural spirit is his truth in his heart.
A mans body is created from dust, is FORMED by the hand of God, it’s life IS it’s BLOOD, it shall die and return to dust.
God GIVES a body a soul, Blows it into the nostrils of a born babe.
(Was your nose Formed on day one in the womb? And could your eyes see, your nose smell, your tongue taste, your mouth utter sounds, and your flesh feel touch IN THE WOMB? Nope, because those things occur after receiving a SOUL from God.
God GIVES a natural spirit, a NEW SEED, IF and WHEN that natural spirit BELIEVES and CONFESSES Belief IN the Lord God.
(IN the womb DID you Believe in your Heart of the Lord God, that you had never heard of?)

Your snarky and FALSE accusations are but a reflection only on you. My own words are clearly available for anyone who chooses can read.
Anything that has biologic cells can be alive and are forms of life. There are life forms beyond that but not found on this earth. God the Father is that way, beyond earthly forms of life.
An interesting fact. Does something still have life after it dies? Yes. We do not eat things that are decomposed. An animal or plant must have soon died for it to provide us further life to live more days. Without food we die. That is a form of life. Even though the animal or plant is dead, it still has life.
God is that life in what we eat. He provides life to all things. And he provides for us to be alive. Without him, giving up the Ghost, we die, such is the lesson of Ananias and Sapphira.
John 1:2-5 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men."
That is my belief.

Its the "blood".
You, as a normal person, in Old Testament times were never to touch, drink, or eat anything with blood. Because all life was God's. Life and blood were synonymous with each other.
And an average person could not touch those things that belonged to God. A woman during her menstrual cycle was unclean because of the blood.
So....
Is a snowflake baby life?
If so....then birth control pills are murder too. And any form of family planning is a sin.
This is not exactly a clean, clear topic.
Where I do agree with abortion being a sin...a self imposed curse of sorts. The abortionist in scripture was not exactly given a great light either. (Simon of Cyrene)
So....I'm not exactly sure what to do with snowflake babies.
Personally I think that "parental rights" need to be severed at some point and they be allowed to be "adopted " easily and effectively fairly quickly. But I could be wrong about that too. I've heard of women giving birth to their uncles and aunts. (The tech has been around for a while now)
Especially when you are handed a catalog of children to implant complete with appearance and attributes. Kinda odd in all reality to us today....but very much a reality.
