So much hate of Christianity in this forum.

One guy says churches are Babylon (the whore in Rev.), and that there are no Christians in them.

A couple of guys insist (by implication) that Christianity is only the second best religious choice.

Another guy wants the government to discriminate against churches by taxing them, unlike other non-profit organizations.

Several people chant that all religion is false (which necessarily includes Christianity, the target of their objection to religion).

Without strongly responding to anti-Christian thinking, an air of legitimacy is given to that thinking. For example, you think that guy who wants the government to discriminate against churches is right about 501c3 (BTW, he was rude to me before I was rude to him). I quoted the IRS code to establish the fact that he's wrong, and what do you do...

That is your impression Polt not the impression that is being portrayed here. I invited James and others to this board because I have known them personally over a number of years. He had already stated that he has not been on this forum for awhile due to the negative spirit that is shown by other members. He also stated that he came back to post information based on his expertise in the area of tax services which is his profession. He was not rude to you at all, rather, he was correcting misinformation. I do not, in any way believe that he is wrong but that you have misinterpreted what he was actually saying because you are looking for and responding to hostility that does not exist. Please do not even try to do the old "anti-Christian thinking" jargon on me. I have been a mod on this forum long enough to know that it stands for "You don't believe me so you must be an anti-Christian.

I am frankly getting tired of negative, insulting, arrogant and defiant Christians who are not interested in fellowship or acting in brotherly/sisterly love. It just shows so powerfully when guests and new members arrive here and find a bunch of so called Christians tearing each other apart and they leave or never post here again. How about we all start acting like the members of Christ, were supposed to be. If we could all do that...it would make for a nicer, happier place to fellowship. Please do not think that I am laying this all on you Polt. It goes for all members right across the board.
