If what you are saying is actually true... then either Peter or the twelve are in hell right now for not obeying the Lord.
Peter was chosen by the Lord to be an apostle and taught Peter what gospel to preach Christ sent him to Israel to reconcile the earth

None the less... if Peter taught something different than the rest of the Apostles he would be in hell right now for refusing to follow the Lord.

Peter being sent to the Jews and Paul being sent to the gentiles just means their approach to converting these groups may have been a little different... but that does not mean they taught two different gospels

All people must turn from their sin and get born again and abide in Christ until the end of their lives to make it to Heaven regardless of if they were Jews or gentiles.

Jesus said the Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached to the entire world and then the end shall come.

Matthew 24:14
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Who would dare say Jesus told us a lie??? clueless.gif

The Gospel of the Kingdom that Jesus preached.... anybody not in agreement with Jesus is teaching a false gospel.

Jesus made it very clear....

Luke 16:16
The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.

This business of two different gospels is a trick of the devil intended to muddy the waters and blind people's understanding of scripture... God's Word only speaks of 2 covenants... the OT and the NT

Paul's Gospel, is ....... The Cross of Christ.

Now, why didnt Jesus have this message?

A.) Because He was not crucified when He was dealing with the Jews, his entire ministry.

Do you really not understand that Christ didn't tell anyone about the Cross, because there was no Cross?

This is too difficult for you to understand ? @Matthias ?

And if you did, you would realize that Paul was able to preach "The Cross" because There WAS ONE... when He was preaching.

A.) Think

You are speaking babble to yourself that has no meaning to anyone but you.
@Behold , your knowledge of scripture is abysmal.
Jesus did not have this message also? about the death on the cross he was about to suffer, about his sacrifice for us?; he explained all this way before paul did.

Like I constantly tell you you have forgotten the words of Christ COMPLETELY! and rely on Paul exclusively.

Matthew

  1. Matthew 16:21
"From that time Jesus began to show to His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day."
  2. Matthew 17:22-23
"Now while they were staying in Galilee, Jesus said to them, 'The Son of Man is about to be betrayed into the hands of men, and they will kill Him, and the third day He will be raised up.' And they were exceedingly sorrowful."
  3. Matthew 20:17-19
"Now Jesus, going up to Jerusalem, took the twelve disciples aside on the road and said to them, 'Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death, and deliver Him to the Gentiles to mock and to scourge and to crucify. And the third day He will rise again.'"

Mark

  1. Mark 8:31
"And He began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again."
  2. Mark 9:30-31
"Then they departed from there and passed through Galilee, and He did not want anyone to know it. For He taught His disciples and said to them, 'The Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of men, and they will kill Him. And after He is killed, He will rise the third day.'"
  3. Mark 10:32-34
"Now they were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was going before them; and they were amazed. And as they followed, they were afraid. Then He took the twelve aside again and began to tell them the things that would happen to Him: 'Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death and deliver Him to the Gentiles; and they will mock Him, and scourge Him, and spit on Him, and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again.'"

Luke

  1. Luke 9:22
"Saying, 'The Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day.'"
  2. Luke 18:31-33
"Then He took the twelve aside and said to them, 'Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of Man will be accomplished. For He will be delivered to the Gentiles and will be mocked and insulted and spit upon; they will scourge Him and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again.'"

John

  1. John 2:19-22
"Jesus answered and said to them, 'Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.' Then the Jews said, 'It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?' But He was speaking of the temple of His body. Therefore, when He had risen from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this to them; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had said."
  2. John 10:17-18
"Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father."
  3. John 12:32-33
"And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself." This He said, signifying by what death He would die."
  4. John 16:16-22
"A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me, because I go to the Father." Then some of His disciples said among themselves, 'What is this that He says to us, "A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me"; and, "because I go to the Father"?' They said therefore, 'What is this that He says, "A little while"? We do not know what He is saying.' Now Jesus knew that they desired to ask Him, and He said to them, 'Are you inquiring among yourselves about what I said, "A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me"? Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy. A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world. Therefore you now have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no one will take from you.'"

Now for the gospel that Christ preached it was the repentance from Sin, defined as the breaking of the 10 commandments that are the covenant. He also preached the Kingdom of heaven;

Matthew

  1. Matthew 4:17
"From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, 'Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.'"
  2. Matthew 9:35
"Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people."
  3. Matthew 11:28-30
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."

Mark

  1. Mark 1:14-15
"Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, 'The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.'"
  2. Mark 16:15
"And He said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.'"

Luke

  1. Luke 4:43
"But He said to them, 'I must preach the kingdom of God to the other cities also, because for this purpose I have been sent.'"
  2. Luke 8:1
"Now it came to pass, afterward, that He went through every city and village, preaching and bringing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with Him."
  3. Luke 9:60
"Jesus said to him, 'Let the dead bury their own dead; but you go and preach the kingdom of God.'"
  4. Luke 19:10
"For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost."

John

  1. John 3:17
"For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."
  2. John 4:34
"Jesus said to them, 'My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.'"
  3. John 6:38
"For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me."
  4. John 18:37
"Pilate therefore said to Him, 'Are You a king then?' Jesus answered, 'You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.'

From these passages, we can see that Jesus came to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God, calling people to repentance and faith in Him as the Savior. His message was one of salvation and deliverance, inviting people to enter the Kingdom of God through faith, and He repeatedly declared that He came to seek and save the lost. Jesus' mission was not only about preaching repentance but also fulfilling God's plan of redemption, ultimately providing eternal life through His death and resurrection.

Jesus also made it clear that His mission was to do the will of God the Father (John 6:38), and His teaching emphasized that salvation was available to all who would listen and believe. His message was both about personal salvation and the broader announcement of God's kingdom coming into the world through His person and work.

The Gospel of the Kingdom that Jesus preached.... anybody not in agreement with Jesus is teaching a false gospel.
I am in agreement with it Jesus preached it and gave it to the twelve to preach it was not a gospel to be accursed but for the hearers to believe

However Paul did not preach it in his epistles for us in this dispensation but he did preach the kingdom of God

[Act 14:22 KJV] 22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, [and] exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Acts is a transition book about the diminishing of Israel and verses on Paul are not exhaustive

[Col 1:13 KJV] 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Looking at what Paul says in epistles we see it called the kingdom of the Son

[2Ti 4:18 KJV] 18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve [me] unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Paul now identifies it as a heavenly kingdom whereas the gospel of the kingdom was about a earthly kingdom

What is the gospel of the kingdom it is promised to Israel where Israel will be given all the promised land In the kingdom, Christ will reign from Jerusalem. The Gentile nations will come to learn His ways. The remnant of Israel will serve as priests in the kingdom (Exodus 19:6 Isaiah 61:6).

The kingdom was postponed and I am afraid you are preaching a gospel not for this dispensation but will be preached in the tribulation (Mark 16:15)

Mat 10:5-7 KJV] 5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into [any] city of the Samaritans enter ye not: 6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
This was Jesus temporal ministry _ to the Jews _ while he was alive ( 3 1/2 years). They were commissioned but still in training. They tried to cast out demons and couldn't. They were not empowered by the Holy Spirit, not until after Pentecost. What was the timeline? Sounds like these were class instructions, preparing them, like interns are taught. In Matthew 12, they are still with him. So evidently they took short trips, weeks, months, then returned. It wasn't His final send off, the Great commission after Penetecost, when they would fully prepared and empowered.
Go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.” Matt. 28:19-20

The verses I shewed you do not contain anything about Christ's death for sin of all nor the blood
Sorry, but the good news is that we do not have to die for our sins because Jesus blood sacrifice washed them away and His resurrection opened the door to our resurrection and eternal life. That is the story all the disciples then and now tell ... well except for you.

How about these?
And He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed" 1 Peter 2:24

1 Peter 1:19: "but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ" 1 Peter 1:18

"according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in the sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and for sprinkling with his blood:
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

The New Testament! …all that Jesus taught.
Thats not our gospel here is the gospel for today

This is the gospel by which we are saved.

1 Corinthians 15 contains Paul's gospel:

[1Co 15:1, 3-4 KJV] 1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; ... 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

We are all sinners who cannot save ourselves.

See Romans 3:23 Titus 3:5 Romans 5:6

[Rom 3:23 KJV] 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

[Tit 3:5 KJV] 5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

[Rom 5:6 KJV] 6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

Christ died for our sins; He was our substitute; He paid the full penalty and debt for our sin by his blood sacrifice.

See 2 Corinthians 5:21 Romans 3:24 Romans 3:25 Romans 3:26

[2Co 5:21 KJV] 21 For he hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

[Rom 3:24-26 KJV] 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth [to be] a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, [I say], at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

He was buried.

He rose again for our justification (to declare us righteous) and forgiveness of all our sin. He gives us His righteousness and eternal life.

See Romans 4:25 Ephesians 1:7 Romans 4:22 Romans 4:23 Romans 4:24 1 Corinthians 1:30

[Rom 4:22-25 KJV] 22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness. 23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him; 24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; 25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

[Eph 1:7 KJV] 7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

[1Co 1:30 KJV] 30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

All we have to do is believe the gospel.

See Romans 4:5 1 Corinthians 1:21 Ephesians 1:13

[Rom 4:5 KJV] 5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

[1Co 1:21 KJV] 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

[Eph 1:13 KJV] 13 In whom ye also [trusted], after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Believing is being persuaded that something is true.

See Romans 4:20-22

[Rom 4:20-22 KJV] 20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; 21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. 22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

The moment you believe you have eternal life.

Titus 1:1 Titus 1:2 Titus 3:7

[Tit 1:1-2 KJV] 1 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; 2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

[Tit 3:7 KJV] 7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Trust the gospel of your salvation. Place your faith in Jesus Christ, in his blood, in his death and his resurrection

Let's go over each verse but 1st look at this verse

[1Pe 1:1 KJV] 1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,

Peter was writing to scattered Jews....they were strangers in other lands (Exodus 22:21)
This was possibly written to the Jews who fled persecution and will also apply in the tribulation (1 Peter 1:7 1:9)

It is important to know who is being addressed for understanding

1 Peter 1:1 (NKJV):
"Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, To the pilgrims of the Dispersion in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia..."

The term "pilgrims of the Dispersion" is significant here. The word "pilgrims" (or "sojourners") refers to those who are living temporarily in a foreign land, which in this case implies the scattered Christian believers. The "Dispersion" (Greek: diaspora) originally referred to Jews who had been scattered outside of Israel, but here Peter uses it in a broader sense to refer to Christians, both Jew and Gentile, who were scattered due to persecution.

While some of the regions mentioned did have Jewish populations, Peter is writing to Gentile Christians who were living in these areas. His encouragement and instructions are primarily aimed at them, especially in the context of their trials and the call to live as "pilgrims" or strangers in this world.

So, while there may be some Jewish background, Peter’s letter is primarily directed toward Gentile Christians scattered across these regions, encouraging them to stand firm in their faith.

Peter was appointed by GOD to preach to the gentiles, do not forget this;

Act 15:7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
1 Peter 1:2-3

This is Christianity 101, what church did you attend?
[1Pe 2:24 KJV] 24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

This was prophecy for Israel in Isiah 53:5 fulfilled by the cross to redeem many not all as Paul reveals (Matthew 26:28}. In Hebrews 9:15 we read He redeemed Israel"s transgresssions under the first testament

[1Pe 1:19 KJV] 19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Peter is preaching the fulfillment of Exodus 12:5 again in the four gospels there is no mention of blood by the twelve

[1Pe 1:2-3 KJV] 2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. 3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

The sprinkling of blood can be seen in Exodus 24"8 .......Peter did preach the resurrection in Acts

Peter does preach the blood by progressive revelation (more than likely from meeting with Paul 2 Peter 3:15) but still being applied to the believing remnant of Israel

Keep in mind that the Holy Spirit speaks through all these disciples in each message they bring to each sheep whom He is calling, Jew and Gentile. All scripture ( the Word) is God breathed. None of it is in contradiction. Imagine each person needing a specific message at a specific time in their lives and they are drawn to this sermon, called and their eyes opened. And so each sermon is prepared ( designed) as if it is written for that individual. These apostles or any disciples ( including us) do not contrive these powerfully prepared efficacious words that penetrate and transform an unbeliever. It is the work of the Holy Spirit Who ordains them. HE converts the souls, sanctified, edifies, convicts, guides, helps, comforts, teaches, etc. We are just vessels of His work. His work does not go out void. If we are not filled with and guided the Holy Spirit and attempt to evangelize , it goes out void and unfruitful.

I am in agreement with it Jesus preached it and gave it to the twelve to preach it was not a gospel to be accursed but for the hearers to believe

However Paul did not preach it in his epistles for us in this dispensation but he did preach the kingdom of God

Not true... if it was then Paul was an adversary to Jesus and was a servant of satan which some actually believe
(There are entire discussion forums about how Paul was a false Apostle and a false teacher)

Paul actually claimed to be following the Words of Jesus Christ...

1 Timothy 6:3-5
If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

According to Paul those not hnoring the gospel Jesus taught... know nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness

Those believing there are two different gospels are teaching a false gospel and real Christians are warned to not associate with such heretics. Not looking good for the 2 gospel peoples disagree.gif

The Lord gave a warning to the 2 gospel peoples thru the Apostle Peter

2 Peter 3:15-16
And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

Ain't gonna be nuthin nice for the 2 gospel peoples in the end

…but it’s not Paul’s gospel. It is the gospel of Jesus Christ that Paul preached. The gospel is the entirety of Scripture; it is the GOOD NEWS about Christ and the path to salvation.

Exactly... the 2 gospel peoples are twisting Paul's writings to their own destruction and they don't even know it. Very sad.

None of it is in contradiction.
No scripture is in error but there are contradictions but not in error but different dispensations that change God's dealings with us and instructions to us and gospels for us
Dispensations are not time defined but different messages and instructions may overlap
Here is just one example.
[Luk 10:4 KJV] 4 Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.
[Luk 22:36 KJV] 36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take [it], and likewise [his] scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.
See that,,,but now....there is a change
How do we explain these contradictions?.....by rightly dividing the word,,,,knowing there is a but now
