Thank you brother. It is a very sobering thought, a real event indeed!
You are welcome brother, indeed. We all need to know the condition of our hearts....Thank you brother.
Well I do not have time now to go through a 3/4 hour video of yours. But teh bible clearly shows only two eternal destinies. Colloquially we call them heaven and hell.
But it is the new earth which the new Jerusalem comes down for eternity and the lake of fire where the lost face eternal torment.
Please give a brief synopsis of these other two destines you are postulating.
I totally agree with the two judgments and resurrections in the end. There is a holy city...the New Jerusalem, for the saints (holy).
The righteous live among the saved of the nations.
The unclean (filthy) are cast into outer darkness
The wicked are put to death in the lake of fire.
There are two judgments...from two resurrections...one for God's house (Bema seat) and one for the nations (GWT) with both winners and losers in each. 2X2= 4
I totally agree with the two judgments and resurrections in the end.
However you seem to have two classes of saved and two classes of unsaved.
Teh lake of fire is an eternal abode and not a place where the lost are cremated and put out of existence.
Teh outer darkness is the same as the lake of fire.
Unclean are lost as much as the wicked.
Very few indeed.As for "heaven"?
Revelation 21
King James Version
21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
New Jerusalem comes down to the new earth and all can enter and bring God glory.
The four are not as clear as you say. Believers are righteous saints, as Paul addressed them in his letters. The unclean are the wicked. There are two destinations with the narrow and wide gates. The bible clearly shows us 4 destinies. And there is no heaven and hell duality in the bible. The way people are indoctrinated one would think the bible says.. In the beginning God created the heavens and hell.

A very good summary of the Bible's teachings! The born again, who are the "new creation in Christ", are currently all over the world.. and they are also "seated in Heavenly Places, In Christ".
"outer darkness" is symbolic.
Its explaining that as "God exists in Light" and "Jesus is the Light of the World".. then to be a part of THEM, as "in Christ" and "one with God", you are a part of the LIGHT, which is the KOG.
So, DARKNESS, is symbolic of not being a part of the Light of God, not being IN the KOG..... which if you are born again...you are born again as a "child of THE Light", having been "translated from DARKNESS............to LIGHT".
See that Reader?
There is no "death", of the Spirit... as that is the real person, who lives in the body that dies.....but not the Spirit.
So, eternal Damnation, is not temporary, and that is the place where these........are currently heading..
John 3:36.
So, to end up, DAMNED, because you are never born again, is exactly the same thing as the 2nd Death, or outer darkness.
Is a continuation, of Damnation, its a eternal separation from God.... that is now the eternity for all who have not been born again, and died.
If you are born again, you are never going to be a LOSER, when you meet Jesus, as just being there at the Judgment Seat of Christ, is an eternal WIN... especially when you consider the alternative eternal position.
And if you are not born again, you will face the Great White Throne Judgement, that is waiting for all Christ Rejectors, who have never been born again.
Dear Episkopos,Understanding the four eternal destinies of humankind will change the way you read and understand the bible. This is an important teaching that puts things in their proper perspective, restoring an understanding of the ancient paths, and shedding light on the gospel and its purpose. The four destinies are laid out in the bible comprehensively from Genesis to Revelation. This teaching has long been obscured by a more popular religion that caters to the fallen nature of mankind. Isn't it time to return to the truth?
Dear Episkopos,You can lead a horse to water....![]()
Amen, Jesus and the apostles only ever talk about two destinies.....either life (eternal) or death (also eternal). The four are not as clear as you say. Believers are righteous saints, as Paul addressed them in his letters. The unclean are the wicked. There are two destinations with the narrow and wide gates.
Yes my friend .There are only two destinies, even as there are only two ways. There is no purgatory or third place. For every individual, it is either eternal glory with Christ and the redeemed, or eternal darkness and despair with those listed in Revelation 21:8—“the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars.”
This is where your message comes from--

The Four Destinies of Mankind (part 2)
“He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.…theomegacourseblog.wordpress.com
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. THERE ARE ONLY TWO ULTIMATE DESTINATIONS.
You may have heard people say, "There are many different paths to heaven." But you'll notice that, in this passage, Jesus dispels that idea. There really aren't many paths to heaven - or "life". There's only one "gate" to life - not many "gates"; and there's only one "way" to life - not many "ways".
But I believe we can take it from Jesus' words that there is more than one ultimate destination. In fact, there are two - and only two. The first one that Jesus mentions is the destination of "destruction".
The Greek word translated "destruction" (apõleia) is one that can mean "waste". When a woman poured an alabaster flask of very expensive perfume on Jesus, His disciples were upset at her for doing so; and they used this word, saying, "Why this waste?" It gives us a picture of pointless loss. But it is also used to describe "ruin" or "destruction" or "annihilation" in an ultimate sense - "perdition" as it is sometimes translated. Paul, for example, used this word to warn about the dangers that come from a sinful love of money; "But those who desire to be rich fall into temptations and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition" (1 Timothy 6:9). The apostle Paul wrote of those upon whom God will show His wrath - "vessels of wrath", he called them, "prepared for destruction" (Rom. 9:22).
Jesus speaks here of an ultimate destiny - "destruction" in a complete sense; a state of complete spiritual loss and eternal ruin. It's a destiny that Jesus once described in horrifying terms as being "cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched - where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched" (Mark 9:45-46; see also Isa. 66:24). No one spoke more in the Bible about the horrors of hell than Jesus; and here, He lets us know that there is a "gate" one may choose to pass through, and a "way" one may choose to follow, that will ultimately lead to that end.
But He also tells us that there is a second destination - the destination of "life". I believe that we should take Him to be referring to "eternal life" - that is, entry into our eternal home in heaven for eternal fellowship with Him in glory.
Throughout His sermon, He gives hints of the ultimate destiny of heaven: saying, "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" (5:3); or warning that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, "you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven" (5:20). He speaks of taking care how we do things, "Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven" (6:1); and tells us to "lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven" (6:20).
The ultimate destiny of "life", then, is referring to an eternal home in heaven in our Father's house. And Jesus is telling us that there is a "gate" and a "way" that leads to "destruction"; and another "gate" and "way" that leads to "life".
* * * * * * * * * *
These are the only two destinies. There are no others. In another place, Jesus told us this as plainly as a thing could be said! Listen to His words. Do not resist them; because one of the things they do is confirm to us that there really are only two destinies. He said;
"When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.' Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?' And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.' Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.' Then they also will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?' Then He will answer them, saying, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me'" (Matthew 25:21-45).
Then, hear carefully what Jesus says:
"And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life" (v. 46).
There are only two destinies: destruction or life. There are no others than these two. That's why there are only two "gates", and two "ways".
All of these passages SEEM to say that everyone will be savedl but taken in their contexts and coupled with other verses, they say something different, that humanity will be restored. But that humanity will be redeemed people who have trusted only in Jesus to get them into the Father's favor. That last understanding comes from many other passages, which more clearly say what I'm saying. Humanity is defined more narrowly as only believers in your passages' contexts.Dear Episkopos,
There is only ONE eternal destiny for mankind:
Rom 5:18 so then as it was by one offence towards all men to condemnation, so by one righteousness towards all men for justification of life. 19 For as indeed by the disobedience of the one man the many have been constituted sinners, so also by the obedience of the one the many will be constituted righteous.
Phi 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 and that every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
1Cor 15:20 But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection from the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the first fruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. 24 Then cometh the consummation, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
Mankind's eternal destiny is to be made into the children of God who will dwell in the Kingdom of Heaven for all time.
To accomplish this outcome, the Father sent Jesus Christ into the world.
1John 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.
And since Jesus Christ is mankind's God, He cannot fail.
1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
1Cor 13:8 Love never fails;
Dan 4:35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he doeth according to his will in the army of the heavens, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
Job 23:13 But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? And what his soul desireth, that will he do.
Isa 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: 11 Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
Isa 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Why do you believe that Christ is going to be a failure in this mission that His Father gave Him?
There is really only ONE answer to this question: A person will believe that salvation is a combined work of Jesus Christ and mankind. And because some people will not or cannot do their part in their own salvation, not everyone will be saved.
However, this reason is contradicted over and over again by God's Word.
When Christ is ready to save a person, He will come to them just like He did with Paul on the Damascus Road. When Christ comes, He will give the person the Holy Spirit without their asking or permission. Christ gives them this gift solely because of His grace. Then, with the Holy Spirit indwelling the person, the person's heart and mind will be changed and they will confess Jesus as Lord:
1Cor 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Spirit.
In this age, Christ is ONLY saving the people who have been chosen for an early salvation. They are the Elect and are the first fruits of Christ's harvest of mankind. The main harvest of mankind will occur that the end of the final age. Only then will this scripture below be testified to be true:
1Tim 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; 4 who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
In the end, Christ will accomplish the Father's "will" for mankind and will have many new children. He cannot possibly fail, not even for one person.
Joe
Dear Bruce-Leiter,All of these passages SEEM to say that everyone will be savedl but taken in their contexts and coupled with other verses, they say something different, that humanity will be restored. There is a spiritual place that shows that God is the just Judge where stubborn rebels will have to spend eternity, a place which merely reflects their desire they showed during their self-centered lives, that is, to live it without God. They brought it on themselves, sadly.
And there are only two colours (to the colour blind)...black and white. This is the testimony of all fundamentalists.Amen, Jesus and the apostles only ever talk about two destinies.....either life (eternal) or death (also eternal).
Dear Lizbeth,And there are only two colours (to the colour blind)...black and white. This is the testimony of all fundamentalists.
The Jews are also blind to Christ. Is that because Jesus is not found in the Scriptures? Or is it a bent based on an inability to understand prophetic things?
The blind only see what they have been indoctrinated to see. Show them the four destinies clearly spelled out...and they will only see two. Ask any NON-indoctrinated person what they read and they will see 4. How many kinds of soil in the parable of the Sower? Indoctrinated people will say that the four kinds of soil represent 2 kinds of people. :)
Ah, the blind...
@amigo de christoYes my friend .
There is a way which seemth right unto a man but the end is death .
THEN there is the WAY OF GOD , JESUS IS THE WAY , THE TRUTH and the LIFE and he who believes in HIM has etenal life .
There are two destinies . two roads . One is very broad it and includes every religoin and non religoin
The other , IS THE ONLY NARROW road , ITS IN JESUS the CHRIST .
Yep . So the call is being made to all
CHOOSE YE THIS DAY whom ye shall BELIEVE , will it be men or GOD . will it be anti christ or CHRIST .
will it be the true gospel of CHRIST or the mutli gospels of men that lead only to the second death .
I repeat there is a way WHICH SEEMS so right unto a man and yet its end be DEATH .
THERE is the WAY THE TRUTH and THE LIFE , JESUS THE CHRIST OF GOD , and that be THE ONLY WAY THAT IS RIGHT and OF GOD .
DESTINY is a pagan term and there are only two paths or man. Eternal life and eternal damnationUnderstanding the four eternal destinies of humankind will change the way you read and understand the bible.
