Yeah, it's still Thanksgiving here and Advent does not begin until Sunday

Okay @Josho, I'm going to be logging out soon for the night because I'm exhausted so since you'll be hearing a couple of Christmas announcements from me tomorrow,.. I'm getting ready tonight. I changed my computer background and I'm now finally in the Christmas mood.
No Christmas season for me until Sunday. :)
Is Advent when the angel told Mary how she was going to conceive Jesus? (That explains why you weren't responding to any of my Christmas threads though lol) Oh and it's 27 days left to go now!!![]()
I don't really know, I know Advent begins Sunday
Usually 24 days. I used to get them for my young son but he discovered that if he shook it he could then get them all out at once from the bottom. I have made re-usable ones from felt for my little grandaughter and my great-grandson.Have you ever had those Christmas calendars packed with chocolate, you would get to open one each day in the days leading up to Christmas. I cannot remember if they were 25 days or 12 days though.
Btw,.. @JohnDB you don't like Rudolph? I've been meaning to ask you that. Or did you just mean that he's not your favorite or the song isn't your favorite?
Just not a fan.
Frosty though...
"My parents just rolled me up one day and left me out in the cold" is his best line.
Peace and goodwill to all men and women - even those pushing shopping trollies.Went to Walmart to get supplies today.
Not happy!
Empty shelves and pathetic displays. Too many people too. I wanted to have a two face toe face Tuesday...
(Where I put the toes of my steel toed boots in people's faces that didn't practice social distancing or tried to run into me with their cart)
