The Indian Bar Association is reporting that murder charges have been filed in India’s High Court against two billionaires responsible for the AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine, Covishield, for the murder of a 23-year-old man who was injected with the shot.
The two named defendants are Bill Gates, and Adar Poonawalla, the CEO of Serum Institute of India (SII), reportedly the world’s largest vaccine maker. According to corporate news sources, Adar Poonawalla’s company produces not only the COVID-19 vaccine Covishield, but also over 50% of the world’s vaccines that are injected into babies.

The unnamed defendants are “other Government officials and leaders involved in the murder of a 23 year old man, who lost his life because of vaccination.”
“The deceased took the Covishield vaccine by believing in the false narrative that the vaccine is completely safe and also owing to the compliance requirement set by the Railways that only double vaccinated people would be allowed to travel.”

The article also states that the Government of India’s AEFI (Adverse Event Following Immunisation) Committee has recently admitted that the death of 33-year-old Dr. Snehal Lunawat, was due to side effects of the Covishield vaccine.

The article goes on to quote case law in India which:
“makes it clear that before giving a vaccine or any treatment to a person, he should be informed about the side effects of the medicine and also about the alternate remedies available.
If any person is vaccinated by suppressing the facts or by telling a lie that the said vaccines are completely safe, amount to the consent being obtained under deception.
In India, vaccination under deception or by force/coercion or by putting certain stifling conditions, is a civil and criminal wrong.”
According to the article, this makes Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla co-conspirators to mass murder.
Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla, the partners in manufacturing the Covishield (AstraZeneca) vaccine are made accused for their involvement in conspiracy.
In India, the person allowing the false marketing of his product is also held to be guilty due to his act of commission and omission. In this regard the provisions of Section 120(B), 34, 109 etc. of IPC get attracted to make Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla guilty of mass murders i.e. Section 302, 115, etc. of IPC.
If convicted, they face the death penalty.
As per the expert opinion, considering the proofs of sterling nature, Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla will get death penalty.
A previous case against Bill Gates for murdering 8 female children during vaccine trials for the HPV vaccine Gardasil in India is also mentioned.
The Petitioner also relied upon the criminal antecedents of Bill Gates in killing 8 female children by unauthorized trial of HPV vaccines in India and judgment of Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in Kalpana Mehta’s Case (2018) 7 SCC 1, which is a strong proof against Bill Gates and his vaccine syndicate.
The India Polio vaccine program sponsored by Bill Gates is also referenced in the charges.
Petitioner has also referred to the proofs of sinister plan of Bill Gates in polio programme which spoiled the lives of 4.5 lakh children in India as they suffered new type of paralysis. This is also an additional proof of Bill Gates’ pervert and criminal mindset.
The article states that bail will be denied to Bill Gates, and that his assets in India will soon be confiscated.
As per experts, there is no chance of Bill Gates getting bail in the case and all the movable and immovable properties of the accused will be confiscated soon.
Citizens of India now apparently have the authority to conduct Citizen Arrests of both Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla to hand them over to the authorities.
Various social organizations and common people have decided to exercise citizen’s right to arrest the accused as provided under section 43 of Cr.P.C. As per the said section, any citizen can arrest Bill Gates, Adar Poonawalla and other accused and handover them to the police.

Fauci Botched the AIDS Epidemic so Big Pharma Could Profit. He’s Doing It Again With COVID.

During the AIDS epidemic in the 1980s, Dr. Anthony Fauci discouraged and prevented inexpensive treatments for AIDS and focused exclusively on AZT. He’s doing the same thing today with COVID, focusing on highly profitable vaccines and ignoring potentially safe and effective treatments.
In a new video on The Hill’s “Rising,” political commentator Kim Iversen analyzes Dr. Anthony Fauci’s support for azidothymidine (AZT) to treat HIV/AIDS and compares it to his current support for COVID mRNA vaccines.
Fauci, named head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in 1984, sparked panic among Americans in the 1980s when he wrote in a medical journal that AIDS could be transmitted not only through sexual contact and sharing needles, but also through “ordinary close contact” with the infected.
Iversen says Fauci’s remarks followed the discovery of an infant diagnosed with AIDS — a case we would later learn was caused when the child passed through the womb of an infected mother.
But the damage was already done, said Iversen:
“Public panic had intensified and people were fearing they could get aids from sharing a toilet seat or even from shaking hands. People living with AIDS were being alienated and ostracized from their jobs, homes, communities, and gay men, in particular, were heavily stigmatized.”
Meanwhile, Fauci and his team of scientists at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) went full speed ahead on developing a vaccine for AIDS. However, despite promises from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that it would roll out an AIDS/HIV vaccine, Iversen says that never happened.
Realizing the potential to earn big profits, Iversen says pharmaceutical companies soon began developing treatments for AIDS.
The British drug company, Burroughs Wellcome & Co., said its failed cancer drug AZT could be used to treat AIDS.
Few studies were done, said Iversen, and the long-term side effects were unknown. But in March 1987, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved AZT, claiming the benefits outweighed the risks.
Celia Farber, who in 1989 reported on the approval of AZT and its potential health risks, wrote at the time:
“The majority of those in the AIDS-afflicted and medical communities held the drug up as the first breakthrough on AIDS. For better or worse, AZT had been approved faster than any drug in FDA history, and activists considered it a victory. The price paid for the victory, however, was that almost all government drug trials, from then on, focused on AZT — while over 100 other promising drugs were left uninvestigated.”
The drug was “one of the most toxic, expensive and controversial drugs in the history of medicine,” Farber wrote.
In 1989, Iversen said Fauci started promoting the drug not only for critically ill AIDS patients, but for anyone who tested positive for HIV, including those who were asymptomatic and showed no sign of the disease.
“Those patients included hospital workers, pregnant women and even children,” said Iversen. “Doctors were stunned.”
Despite limited data, the NIH went all in on AZT, ignoring evidence that the drug was toxic, caused liver damage and destroyed white blood cells, Iversen said.
“The drug continued to be used for years,” she explained.
As Children’s Health Defense Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. notes in his upcoming book, “The Real Anthony Fauci,” Fauci sabotaged safe and effective off-patent therapeutic treatments for AIDS while promoting deadly chemotherapy drugs that almost certainly caused more deaths than HIV.
Iversen made the same observation: “As Fauci and the NIH focused on vaccines and AZT for the treatment of aids, hundreds of drugs went unstudied.”
Iversen said:
“Many doctors advocated that the best way to treat patients was to focus on mitigating the severity of the ailments that would ultimately kill them rather than trying to eradicate AIDS altogether, that the virus mutates too quickly to waste all resources and time on a vaccine or other preventatives that everything should be studied, all avenues explored and all options should remain on the table. But unfortunately, that’s not exactly how the AIDS epidemic was handled.
“Big pharma got their payday. Millions of dollars were allocated by Congress to vaccine research, which never produced anything effective. And meanwhile, along the way, hundreds of drugs and treatment options went unexplored. And we still don’t have a cure for HIV. The epidemic never went away like people hoped. We do, however, have effective treatments that help people live a good long life with the virus.
“There were a lot of mistakes made along the way. A lot of lessons that could have been learned, but after looking into the history of the AIDS epidemic, it’s curious if we’ve actually learned any. Here we are today, with a pandemic that is causing mass hysteria. Like the days of people demonizing gay men as the culprits behind the epidemic, we have the media demonizing the unvaccinated as the root cause for why this virus just won’t go away.”
Iversen said that while many hoped the vaccine would eliminate COVID, like AIDS, the virus appears to mutate too rapidly.
“The same way Fauci discouraged and prevented inexpensive treatments from being talked about, researched and prescribed” in the 1980s is the “same thing that’s happening today,” said Iversen.
Governments should be exploring every possible option to treat COVID, Iversen said, including inexpensive treatments, and treatments that aren’t so profitable for the pharmaceutical industry.
“Everything should be studied,” Iversen said, “but just like what happened during the AIDS epidemic that just doesn’t seem to be happening.”

Australia Freaks Out After Three Covid-Negative Teens Escape A Quarantine Camp

Three teenagers escaped the Howard Springs quarantine camp in the Northern Territory of Australia early Wednesday morning, sparking a massive search operation.
Aged 15, 16 and 17, the teen boys are from an aboriginal community called Binjari where they were placed into the camp after being marked as close contacts of positive cases in the area.
Despite the fact that all three escapees tested negative for Covid the day before they broke out, police conducted a major operation to find them.
Masked officers stopped citizens at checkpoints and searched their vehicles for the runaway kids.

Eventually, law enforcement captured the teenagers and arrested them.
The three boys will “face a sanction” for the jailbreak as breaking quarantine carries a $5000 fine in Australia.
Now, they might have to stay at the quarantine even longer, as NT Chief Minister Michael Gunner said, “Absconding from Howard Springs isn’t just dangerous — it is incredibly stupid. Because we will catch you and there will be consequences.”
While a trio of teens who were known to be Covid-negative escaping the quarantine camp made headlines worldwide, mainstream media and establishment politicians want the people to think Australians are happy to stay in the camps.
The Wurli-Wurlinjang Aboriginal Health Service, which provides health care to the residents of Binjari, released a statement claiming social media users are making untrue comments about citizens being placed into camps by the military.
“We have been treated with a lot of respect and appreciate all the support being given by these support personnel people,” the statement reads. “We are in lockdown because we’re in the biggest fight of our lives. We’re trying to keep safe. People on social media saying that our people are being mistreated need to realise their comments are hurting the very people they claim to care about.”
However, it’s clear that not all residents in the area want the military dragging them to Covid camps, especially when they haven’t even tested positive.
Chief Minister Gunner told Northern Territory citizens last month, “We are grateful for the support of about 20 ADF personnel, as well as army trucks to assist with the transfer of positive cases and close contacts – and to support the communities.”
So, if the government is treating people with so much respect and helping them fight for their lives, why are so many taking risks to get out of the camps?
On Wednesday, a man in the Australian state of Tasmania was captured after escaping a quarantine hotel.
A 27-year-old man managed to clandestinely leave the Howard Springs quarantine camp just days ago, but he was also caught by police.
Last week, a woman was arrested and charged with arson in Queensland, Australia after allegedly setting fire to the hotel where she and her two kids were forced to quarantine for two weeks.
A few weeks ago, Australian law enforcement vehemently searched for a 35-year-old woman who supposedly walked out of a quarantine hotel in South Australia.
Governments around the world are becoming increasingly totalitarian with each passing day just as the engineers of the Great Reset intended.

I seems to me that they're targeting Australia because they no longer can defend themselves. But isn't it interesting that the "APPARATUS" (surveillance cameras, etc.) is so efficient that the citizens really don't have a chance. So let this be a LESSON to those who are in the cities, where THEY equally won't stand a chance. -- GET OUT while you can, and get as far away from humanity as possible.
