I've course I've posted facts and reasonable argument to support the conclusion that KJV had its day in the sun but is now the worst translation available in English.
Let's start by you acknowledging that we are not saved by a translation. Can you acknowledge that?
What kind of question is this? Of course no one is saved by a Bible translation. Seriously? You ask this??
We are saved being baptized into Christ by the Holy Spirit.
Then, we go on to learn of Him, and a lot of that comes from His Book. So do you want an accurate translation of the proper manuscripts? Or are you OK with more interpretive translations from defective manuscripts? Many are, but I want accuracy, I want real alignment with the manuscripts, I want the manuscripts which show the actual word of God, not ones that the people of the time had better sense than to use them.
Those who had those manuscripts, one they threw in the trash to be rescued and revered later. What is with that? This is the Older and better? Hardly!!
What I've seen on this thread is that you are the one with the emotional energy directec against the others, you are the one pushing your point to the extreme, labeling others idolators just because they have a different point of view.
Do you truly not see the wrong here?
Much love!
