Indeed! Is a searching atheist or pagan in a better place in the eyes of God than a complacent... even napping person labeled as a Christian? The Pharisees of old may have known the Bible very well, but how well did they know and love God? How high of mark would He have given them in obedience?its only a ways down the road that we realize Jesus gave the highest praise to the Atheist and the Pagan, i guess
