The Law allows for ANY medical professional from the hourly staff at a nursing home to a nurse to a psychologist to a speech therapist to refuse to serve people. But the law also states that the only people they can legally refuse to provide medical care for is LGBT individuals.

It is about SERVICES that are morally- objectionable.

Line 142 to 145 (The law does not) "allow a health care provider or payor to opt out of providing health care services to any patient or potential patient because of that patient’s or potential patient’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin."

So...who does that leave that medical professionals can refuse services to?

Meaning it's not about services it's about discrimination.

A dentist can't refuse to fill a cavity because the person in the chair is black....but they can refuse if that person is gay.

False. In the context here something is hate is based on the intent/motives of the speaker if the words are being used to attack, vilify, humiliate, demean, dehumanize or incite hatred, prejudice or discrimination against an individual, group or a class of people then it is hate.

For example in your post was to vilify the left, attack it and incited others to hate the left. So, you provided a very nice example of hate.
