The "mystery of iniquity" is about the "emnity" God put between the Seed of the Woman and Satan's host (Gen.3:15). That's when it began.

Our Heavenly Father is going to allow him to do just that, for a short space of time, in the end of this present world. Starting in Genesis our Heavenly Father begins telling us about it as a warning. The mark of the beast began with Cain. And that's the beast working that has continued to our day.
In the Book of Jude, he revealed that certain men were ordained of old to the condemnation against God and His Christ. In Matt.13 our Lord Jesus specifically warned about this working with explaining the tares of the field parable to His disciples.

The secret societies of the occult are still active today in fomenting that plan for all the world to accept Bel worship, worship of Satan himself in God's Place, literally in God's Place in a temple in Jerusalem, on earth. That's who the "man of sin" is, and who it's always been about. All the pagan kingdoms of history have been types for the final one that is to come in the latter days over the whole earth, over all nations. Not one nation will be left out of it. There will be no place to hide, no place to run to, no army on earth that will stop it, no religious organization that won't be a part of it. The ONLY place of safety will be in Christ Jesus, our Passover sacrificed for us. Will you stand up for Him and give His Witness, or will you bow to that "man of sin" that will come just to keep your earthly things and treasures?
