Funny. In another thread, a user took the position that the Masoretic Text was corrupted because the Rabbis tried to downplay any Hebrew verses that might have prophesized Jesus as Messiah. "But Wisdom is vindicated by all her children".
There is not now nor ever has been a singular document known as "the Septuagint " or "the LXX.".

Sinaiticus, Vaticanus and Alexandrinus are all fraudulent.

They contain impossible ages for Methusalah and other antediluvian fathers. They contain spurious additions to Scripture like extensions of Daniel and Esther. They also promote heretical doctrines like purgatory. Entire portions of Siniaticus were plagiarized by Tischendorf. Unwise is the man who trusts it.

It doesn't matter. The OT was translated into Greek sometime around 300 BC. The development of the LXX and it's use throughout the Diaspora paved the way for the NT to be disseminated throughout the Greek-speaking world. Do you see God's hand in that?

Yes. It does matter.
And no. God's hand does not bless a collection of fraudulent documents claiming to be His words.
You are stuck on propagating the fraud yourself.
The LXX is a fraud.
Go back and reread my post.
