`In that day the LORD will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem...It shall be in that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on me whom they have pierced and mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a first-born. ` Zech. 12: 8 - 10)

God`s word is quite plain. Jesus would defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem in the day that all the nations come against Jerusalem. And He would pour out His Spirit of grace and supplication on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

That obviously has NOT happened!!!!!
Amen! God will FIGHT for Israel again and again ...

The JEALOUS Israel identity THIEVES will looking for a place to hide! They love TOOTING their own horns (Look at Me). But the eyes of the world are on Israel in the Land of the Bible!

You obviously don't accept Jesus's understanding of that prophecy!!!!! I showed you that He quoted Zechariah 12:10 in a first coming context and not a second coming context and you just ignore that completely!!!!!

Your carnal, hyperliteral approach to scripture prevents you from seeing what it means. Clearly, He already poured out His Spirit of grace and supplication on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem starting long ago on the day of Pentecost!!!!! But, do you take that into account? Of course not because of your doctrinal bias.

Tell me, do you think the following verse is not yet fulfilled, either?

Zechariah 13:7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the Lord of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.
You ain't Israel! No matter how many times you TOOT your own horn (Look at me)!

There were MANY Jews who believed! Why are you filled with HATE for Israel? Guess where Jesus will return. It's called Israel, the Land of the Bible.
How many Jews did you say?

Isaiah 10
22 For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness.

Romans 9
27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:

IMO:

o. Isaiah 10:21 says a remnant of the Jews will return from the Assyrian dispersion.

o. Romans chapter 9 discusses free will versus divine sovereignty, particularly verse 9:19.

The Light asked:
<where>

Revelation 19:11-21 (Lamb of God becomes Lion of Jehovah).
Hi William,
Your answer would agree with most of students of the Bible and most Biblical scholars. This is why most students of the Bible and most Biblical scholars are incorrect regarding end time events.

The verses of Matthew 24 are not found in Revelation 19. The verses of Matthew 24 occur in Revelation 6 at the 6th seal as marked by the signs of the sun, moon and stars.

Matthew 24
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Revelation 6
12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

Simple deductive reasoning tells us that Jesus returns at the 6th seal and sends His angels to gather the elect from heaven and earth. It is a harvest, not a return of Jesus on white horses.

We can also see this harvest that occurs at the 6th seal in Revelation 14. It occurs before the 7th seal wrath of God.

Revelation 14
16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.

17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.

18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.

19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.

Romans 9

Romans 11
10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.

11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.

12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?

Romans 11
25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

26 And so all Israel shall be saved:
as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

John 11:45

45 Then many of the Jews who had come to Mary, and had seen the things Jesus did, believed in Him.

The seven Jewish yearly feasts celebrate seven acts of the Messiah:
1. Passover (slain as a lamb)
2. Unleavened bread (sinless body in the tomb)
3. First Fruits (first fruits from the grave)
4. Pentecost (sends the Spirit)
5. Trumpets (returns in judgment)
6. Atonement (atones for Israel)
7. Booths (Millennial reign)
What I am going to say probably won't make much sense to you. However, in the chance that maybe something will make sense...........

Most think that Jesus has fulfilled the spring feasts and that fall feasts are unfulfilled. I don't think this view is correct as there have been no harvests. These feasts are a picture of the last days

3. First fruits. Each man in his order. First fruits and then the harvest. The 144,000 of 12 tribes will likely be raptured to heaven on the Feast of First Fruits seen here. Rev 14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. 4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

4. Pentecost. The barley harvest is celebrated on Pentecost. The dead in Christ will rise first.

Feast of New Wine. Minor feast. This is the time when the Holy Spirit actually ascended on the Church and not on Pentecost as most think. This concludes the summer wheat harvest and will likely be when the alive that remained will be raptured.

Feast of New Oil. Minor feast. This is likely when the 144,000 will be sealed.

5. Trumpets. The Feast of Trumpets is not judgement, it is a harvest feast. The twelve tribes across the earth will be raptured on the Feast of Trumpets a fall fruit harvest feast at the 6th seal. Gods people are not appointed to wrath. Those of the nation of Israel that flee to a place of protection will remain on earth during the 7th seal wrath of God. The wrath of God will last for one year before Armageddon occurs.

6. Atonement. The final year of the 7 years will be the Day of Atonement. A year of rest.

7. Feast of Tabernacles. Millennial reign.

MANY!
John 11:45

Romans 11:26-27

26 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: "The Deliverer will come out of Zion, And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob;
27 For this is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins."
Paul identifies "all Israel".

Two Israels.

Romans 9
6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

1. Of Israel:
Not all Israel
The children of the flesh
Not the children of God
Not the children of the promise
Not counted for the seed

2. All Israel:
Not of Israel
Not the children of the flesh
The children of God
The children of the promise
Counted for the seed

Only one of these two Israels shall be saved.

Romans 11
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Only faithful obedient spiritual "all Israel" in Christ, comprised of the believing elect beloved remnant from Israel (Romans 9:27; Romans 11:1-5,26,28), and believers from among the Gentiles (Romans 11:11), shall be saved.

Simple deductive reasoning tells us that Jesus returns at the 6th seal and sends His angels to gather the elect from heaven and earth. It is a harvest, not a return of Jesus on white horses.

Simple deductive reasoning fails here because the seals speak of future events when they were opened, not events that happen at the opening which is why Jesus is opening seals, not leaving heaven to participate in any of those events.

Thank God for that.
I LOVE Jesus, the God of Israel in the Land of the Bible. All the wannabees on Earth CAN'T remove Israel from their Land. They can sure die trying tho!

Zechariah 14:12
12 And this shall be the plague with which the LORD will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet, Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets, And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths.

13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.
15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

That country isn't Israel.

Don't they have maps in Canada? It's just a TINY dot on the map, but it's in International news nearly every day.

Nobody hears about the Israel identity THIEVES unless they TOOT their own horns (Look at me).

It's not the heavenly country of Hebrews 11.
