Hello Johann,

Does traditional Jewish culture teach relying heavily on the Old Testament not believe in the resurrection? ( I did not click the link )

I don’t know much of many different denominations.

in Christ,

Dear Matthew, you have all sorts of Judaism, Orthodox, Ultra-Orthodox..there is a site Outreach for Judaism, Rabbi Tovia Singer spearheading this group, or you can look up the intense debates on Youtube between Dr Michael Brown, Slovac and Tovia...Michael Brown is a Messsianic Jew, but as to your question, no, modern day Judaism do not believe in the resurrection of Christ, in fact, Christ never existed according to their insipid teachings and the amazing thing is that many disheartened believers are now going through the gate of Judaism and observe the 7 Noachic Laws...also, according to them, Isa 53 is not about Christ and His vicarious suffering, it is Israel that is the suffering servant, so also Psalm 22, and many other scriptures pointing to Christ, these are all reasoned away.

Hi Joe, although there were resurrections prior to Jesus, his resurrection was a first in that he was resurrected to immortality. He was also the first to be resurrected back to the spiritual realm.

Hi Robert, yes, I fully concur, but modern day Judaism do not believe that.

Shocking, but true.

Bob is fine Joe. Yes sir, the very essence of multiple faiths is multiple teachings. That is what caused the formation of them at the start. Acts 20:28,29. Of course over nearly 2 millenniums there have came to be thousands of faiths and sects. All of them have some truth, none of them have absolute truth, but there is one faith that God calls His. Mat 7:14; Eph 4:5
