The Sabbath "Day" in Job 19:25?

"For I know that my Redeemer liveth and that He shall stand (up or "rise" or "resurrect" from 'qum') at the Last Day (or "on the Last Day" or "in the Last Day") upon (or "over" or "above") the earth (or "dust" or GRAVE..?)."

For me there is no doubt Job here refers to "The Great" and "Latter / Last", "Day of the LORD", "Judgement Day", the Day, "at" OR "on" WHICH, the saved like Jesus Christ, will RISE FROM THE DEAD.

Which and what 'Day' is that / was that going to be in terms of "earth-" time and essence and, as it were, "substance"?
Again, as at the time and 'Day' of Jesus Christ, it must..(?) be "the day..." an 'earth-day' in time relevance as well as spatial or cosmic, “heaven-and-earth” relevance, the ordinary span of time between the sunset and sunset of the night-and-day rotations of the earth observable to the physical eye, but also recognisable to the spiritual eye of only "believers" like Job who stood alone in this odd thing of his, called 'faith'!
Which and what 'Day' is or was or will "THAT DAY", the one and only Day of its kind, finally, be?

‘Qum’ in Job 19:25 says the Redeemer shall “rise” and then shall “be raised”, and shall be “set” / “seated” / “RESTED” / “stablished” / “enthroned”, at the right hand of the Throne of God “when God RAISED Him from the dead”, He having “performed” / “finished” / “accomplished” / “confirmed” / “made sure”, "wrought and brought to REST", “all the works of God on the Seventh Day” by having "RAISED UP" from the dead "ON THE SABBATH DAY". Genesis 2:2,3 Hebrews 4:4. Ephesians 1:19,20 Job 19:25.

This is the first time that I placed Job 19:25 with Genesis 2:2,3 Hebrews 4:4. Ephesians 1:19,20 et al!

The Sabbath "Day" in Job 19:25?

Sabbath days are for total rest. The Last Day (a period of time) is for judgments as well as resurrections -- no rest for the wicked, no rest for the righteous, and no rest on the part of God.

Amen..I agree with that..He is Lord over the Sabbath..well put.
And He showed that more than once while he was here. We see it in the scriptures.
He was Lord over it because He was Lord OF it!

These key teachings of Christ regarding the Sabbath are generally overlooked. But they were laying the groundwork for the Lord's Day.

Lol...I guess it posted! To me it just is so simple! BTW- I know of at least one thing that many on this board would NOT agree with Andrew Farley on....you included but..it is not central to the message of Christ!
