That above is error.
The 1260 days God's two witnesses prophesy is during the LATTER HALF of Daniel's symbolic "one week" (7 years).
We KNOW this because...
Their time of prophecy is within the 6th Trumpet - 2nd Woe Period. And Jesus is shown coming there in Rev.11 on the 7th Trumpet - 3rd Woe Period, which is also when the two witnesses arise to the shock of all the nations that will see them.
That means... the 1260 days they prophesy ends just three and a half days PRIOR to Jesus' coming on the 7th Trumpet - 3rd Woe. Thus it is IMPOSSIBLE for the end of their prophesy being at the middle of Daniel's "one week" (7 years). They will be killed 3.5 days just prior to Christ's arrival on the "day of the Lord".
You are still wrong. The 2 witnesses testify during the 3rd woe. The 3rd woe is Satan's 42 months.
You post trib people are just plain wrong about Jesus and the final harvest. The church does not pronounce people sheep or goats and change them out of Adam's dead corruptible flesh. Jesus and the angels do that. Jesus picks the sheep, not the church. The angels toss the goats into the LOF, not the church. Jesus removes people during the first 6 Trumpets and 7 Thunders, not the church, nor the 2 witnesses. The third woe is when Satan is cast out of heaven with his angels and given 42 months of 100% control of humanity. Revelation 12:12-13 happens after the 7th Trumpet has sounded.
"Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child."
That is the third woe in the sounding of the 7th Trumpet. The last 3 Trumpets are not woes. They just have 3 woes attached to them.
"One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter."
"The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly."
These verses don't indicate when the woe happened. They just indicate they have been completed. No verse states that when a trumpet starts sounding so does a woe.
"And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth
by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!"
Something happens during God's judgment that allows a woe to happen. The judgment comes from God, and God allows Satan an opportunity during that judgment to also work.
A woe is placed as completed prior to the next Trumpet. The second woe was finished before the 7 Thunders, but the two witness were announced after the description of the 7th Trumpet was already given. Revelation 11 is chronologically after Revelation 10 and the events surrounding the 7th Trumpet. The 2nd woe is not the 7th Trumpet, nor even part of the 7 Thunders as far as we know.
The 1260 days is the same as the 42 months of the Gentiles trampling:
"The holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth."
The same as:
"And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months."
The 3rd woe is those 42 months. The 2 witnesses are killed 3.5 days before Armageddon.
Those 3.5 days are when the 7 vials are poured out in Revelation 16. Armageddon is not the 7th Trumpet. The 7th Trumpet happened 7 days prior to Armageddon, with a 42 month interruption in the midst of that week (of days). 3.5 days after the 7th Trumpet sounds, Satan is granted 42 months. The same time as the 1260 days. When the 1260 days end, they are killed by Satan. They then lay dead for the last 3.5 days of the 7th Trumpet. Then the 7th Trumpet stops when Armageddon is over, a one hour battle from 5pm to 6pm. The 2 witnesses are given life early Sunday morning. Armageddon is from 5pm to 6pm on the same Sunday.
If Satan is not given 42 months, then the week ends, no witnesses necessary. No one will be beheaded and resurrected. No Armageddon because no one receives the mark. No Abomination of Desolation. No Babylonian empire nor Jerusalem playing mystery Babylon for 3.5 years. The 7th Trumpet declares Jesus as King. All who are left are killed in the winepress of God's wrath per Revelation 14. Satan is bound. The Millennium starts with the sheep and wheat, representing Israel and all the nations during this 1,000 year reign. There is no verse in Revelation declaring the third woe is past. It may not happen at all. The 7th Trumpet is to declare Satan defeated, not just to grant his personal desires.
