1 Corinthians 10:13 (NASB)
No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.

God has promised to provide a way of escape from all temptations...
Just how, where, and when are we to find this way of escape?
It would have to be large enough, all inclusive enough to cover all temptations that are common to man.... At all times, seasons, occasions, whatever and whenever, at a moment’s notice, be always ready at hand to overcome all with a devastating victory.... Never to fail, even to the extent of being impossible to ever fail...
Such a overcoming victory of all things in this world would be dare I say it? God like...
So what is this way, if it even exists?
It is the way of our salvation in Christ... It is what Christ did for us on the cross.. He freed us from us... This is a permanent freedom, an absolute freedom, a never to fail freedom... A one size fits all freedom, for our salvation in Christ is a one size fits all salvation, it is the same for all..
And what is this way of escape?
It is our deaths...
Imagine for a minute you dying right this instant...All the things, temptations, all the good and bad things of this world would instantaneously be of no effect upon you...This is the freedom being joined with Christ in His death on the cross brings to the believer... This being joined with Christ in His death instantaneously frees one from all things in and of this world...We are told to trust God... We are told that we are to reckon ourselves dead and trust God...This is the way of escape God has given to all believers for all time...This faith can and will never fail to overcome all the temptations that are common to man... He that chooses this path chooses the path of victory over all...For this is the path of life set before all....
Be blessed in finding and walking the path..
