Theology vs. the Bible

Read what the bible says and not what you want it to say.

How true this is my friend .
Thus from now on let none read it through pre, mid , post views
or osas or whatever denominational indoctrination , such as lutherism , calvinism
and RCC ism and many other isms .
IF we simply read the bible and pray to GOD , OH its going to come together just fine for all who do so .
So rather than reading it through say pre trib view
or any other denominational taught view .
JUST pick it up and let us read it for our own selves . Things do become only clearer and clearer in time .
Many will also try and tell us
You have to trust in our hermes , in our exegis , in our greek , in our commentaries
NO . ALL you have to TRUST IN , bE GOD and HIS CHRIST .
Believe me when i say , HIS SPIRIT is able to teach us
THE WORDS HE inspired through men . Aint too hard for GOD to do so .
Its man we better test in all t hings .

No. Theology > Scripture, in terms of being more general. All religious texts fall under theology.

Even those theologies based on Scripture expand beyond the text. This is why there are doctrinal differences among the various denominations.

Indeed, theology does expand beyond the text... as of necessity in order to "explain" what the text means. And right there is where historically we have found difficulty. One glaring example is the church's attempt to define the Godhead under the sponsorship of a fake Christian pagan ruler. The lives that has cost over the past 2 millennia.
