The churches of Christendom in the United States often portray America as blessed by God, encouraging its members to pray for it. But has America or the United States ever had God's blessing, as many feel with the expression "God bless America" ? No.
Rather, it has played the role of opposing God's people ("those knowing your name (of Jehovah who) will trust in you", Ps 9:10), as many nations have done in the past whose ' names have been blotted out....forever and ever ' because of being Jehovah's enemy (Ps 9:5, 6).
America is called a "false prophet" at Revelation 16:13 due to it being like a "prophet" in the eyes of nations who look to it for help financially and as establishing political "policy" that often affects the rest of the world. The US dollar is the world's reserve currency, due to the Bretton Woods Agreement in 1944 (that established fixed exchange rates between the nations of the earth and the US dollar), though effectively being so since 1919 when Britain was forced to abandon the gold standard that decimated the bank accounts of its international merchants after having to borrow money for the first time in 1917 to pay for its war costs.
At Revelation 13, America is shown as performing "great signs, even making fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the sight of mankind".(Rev 13:13) Since becoming the 7th and final world power of Bible (and political) history in the early 1900's, it has been driven to dominate the world's affairs.(Rev 17:10)
As part of the composite political "wild beast" (all political nations combined into one entity, see Dan 7:1, 2 that shows that political governments are described as "beasts") created by the "dragon" or Satan the Devil from the "sea" (Rev 13:1, 2) or restless, agitated masses of mankind (see Isa 57:20, 21 whereby it says that 'the wicked are like the restless sea that cannot calm down"), it has been at the forefront of the world in dishing out politically "unclean inspired expressions" that asserts it as the leading nation on the earth, which has grown exponentially with bombastic language under the present US administration, such as MAGA or "Make America Great".(Rev 16:13a)
Though saying otherwise, over the course of its history, there has been a rejection of God in America, in which most of its citizens have placed their trust in the US political system, elevating it or making changes to it in order to stay "on top of the world" as the guardian of "liberty" and a font of material good things ("come to America where you can fulfill your dreams"), such as in combination with Britain, forming the League of Nations that went into operation in 1920, though never have joined it.
The League of Nations was the initial "image" of the "wild beast" that permitted the political nations to voice their "concerns" as a group and dictate "policy" or sanctions against another nation.(Rev 13:14, 15) The League of Nations went into the "abyss" or deathlike state in 1939 and came out as another political "expression" of America after World War II in October 1945 in the form of the United Nations or "eighth king", Rev 17:11)
Thus, most of America's citizens have a "false pride" in their political system, thinking of it enduring for a much longer time, but this is soon to change. At Daniel 2, Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar (reigned 625-582 B.C.E.) had a prophetic dream of an "immense image" of a man composed of various metals.(Dan 2:1, 31-33)
This "image" represented political kingdoms, starting with ancient Babylon as the "head of gold" (reigned as the 3rd world power from 632 B.C.E - 539 B.C.E.) and has come down to our time frame in the form of the "feet and toes to be partly of clay of a potter and partly of iron" or America.(Dan 2:41; America came through the line from Britain which was once a distant colony of Rome, the "legs of iron", after its dissolution in 476 C.E., Dan 2:33a)
But America is the final (or 7th) political world power, for Daniel 2:44 says: "In the days of those kings (with dual combination of Britain/America coming onto the world scene as the final world power) the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed......It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever".
Thence, in the near future, God's Kingdom that was set up in 1914, will "crush" America, along with all other political "kingdoms" on earth at Armageddon.(Rev 16:14, 16) It will then usher in genuine peace (Rev 21:3-5), for the world of politics is nothing more than a "divided house" that seeks to rule itself independent of Jehovah God.(Luke 11:17)

To say America is turning away from God is correct. To say She has never had the blessing of God is incorrect. All of Western Civilization is turning away from God but has experienced great blessing in the past.
Just look at where the world wants to migrate and run to. It is to those countries of the West who have had the blessing of God upon them.

Apparently these "western countries" have also been given Gods blessing to ruin other countries, no wonder they want to migrate to "the west".
I was kind of hoping some of the people that are not saved may come to a Christian forum and learn ??????
That's why I come ! Because my mind wont hold the truth to tell a unsaved person.....
I need my bible to help me.... and again there are people who belong to a church that do not read the bible and may
not be saved ? and may pick up on some ones post........ I sure do pray they do !

Very true...Thankful, but forever humble. When we appear before the Lord,it will be with our faces at his feet. Where on earth does PRIDE come into that!!
