Who decided to use these words for the ten commandments. What a goof. Did he not realize what he was doing to the vegetarians and other naturalists. Many agonize over the issue of killing animals. It is heartning to see so many concerned with the humane treatment of animals. This gnostics view is that, in it's way, This THOUGHT SHALL NOT KILL, command is clear. MAN SHALLT NOT KILL MAN. Have we forgoten that our covanent with god is man to God.Repent and do no make a mockary of the bible. It IS our best hope to God.RegardsDL

Well that shows why you need to know a little Hebrew when translating the Bible the Hebrew says tho shall not commit Murder the defenation of murder is one should not lay in wait i.e. plan, make a plan to kill another of God's children where in lies the danger of not using a KJV with a good concordance even gnostics documents can be mistranslated

Right. Consider to that God gave man dominion over animals. Killing an animal and a human is not the same thing. The only ones who muddle this commandment are the self proclaimed "Scripture Lawyers."
