If a professing Christian can't trust God to protect them or heal them, it's because whatever faith they think they have in God is absolutely worthless. No matter how things change, the more they stay the same. People would rather trust the Baals with their health like Ahaziah did(2 Kin. 1:2-4), and it all stems from a profound lack of real faith in God.

People who are truly led by God wouldn't get the jab period because they know He is against it, they hear and obey His voice, they know that He is the only real Healer and Protector, and they know that these "vaccines" consist of aborted fetuses. The more issues like this becomes commonplace, the more it becomes clear as to why Jesus had to ask if He would even find anyone with real faith when He returns. I suppose if you look at Rulers, you could take the example of Joseph and the later Pharoah.
Joseph was a good ruler. He provided land and food for the peoples in the countries around him.
