Yes, but then they stop there instead of growing in the Spirit and learning to exercise their various gifts. The church needs to not stop building after the foundation is laid, but keep building and going on to perfection.

Discerning and judging/condemning are two different things, brother. There is a great need for the exercise of discernment in the body of Christ.
Well you've been doing a lot of judging, sister, of people you don't know, and I'm seeing a certain level of ignorance as well. It's not good.
And yes, I fully agree, there is a need for discernment. Not vain speech.
