I just heard a wonderful truth. God has two sides shown by two different names One being GOD and the other being LORD.
GOD is the name for His judgment side being Soveriegn over all the earth to keep a foundation of order for our well being.
LORD is His mercy side that keeps compassion in His Judgments.
They must be balanced. For if He is too merciful we come to ruins for we are without structure in the family, city, state, country, world.
If He is too judgmental, we hide because He is harse and we can never live in His presence and we end up dying because we begin to kill ourselves and others due to lack of God's Word in our life, being separated from Him and His Word.
This expains why those who call upon the name of the LORD are called God's people who love & know His ORDER & JUSTICE and receive His mercy, love, provision, protection,prosperity etc.. because they CLING to the Son(Word of God) instead of hide. They understand that God's ways are JUST and for good understanding, for our correction to keep us in line so we live long, healthy and honorable lives and we pass this goodness down to our children whom we TEACH for their good and our generations that follow in our family tree. They are the WISE ones.
While those who stay at a distance because they don't want correction because they love their evil deeds and can't HANDLE THE TRUTH only know Him as God being for continueal judgment purposes. They live in chaos, darkness, evil and are always tormented with troubles and woes and poor health due to the rejection of God's LOVE(being His Word/His Son) in their life to LIVE BY. These are the FOOLISH ones.
As I said above, there must be a balance of LORD God in our walk so that we can make order out of chaos to live a godly life full of good things from our Father.
There are many who are teaching ONLY GRACE then there are many teaching ONLY LAW. We must seek to balance this out for without both being the center of our life we come to RUIN.
To lenient and we spoil to the point of their downfall.
To firm and we chase them away to their downfall.
Balance and good sound structure built upon Christ the living Word and you will bring honor to the child and your family name as well as all who come in contact with them and you.
Our mission is to seek God WHOLE HEARTEDLY to work in our hearts to give us the desires that we SHOULD have that please Him and you got it made in the shade. You have found the keys to the kingdom, the great pearl of WISDOM!!
