What Are You Up To Today?

Done with all the chores one has to indulge in to maintain.

Been reading the new testament again and taking notes to see what Jesus compelled us to do by His own word. Matthew 5 is particularly interesting.

This is about yesterday rather than today. Today I'm about to go to the gym for a couple of hours. Yesterday I had such a wonderful time with a friend in prayer, worship, and prophecy. Then we watched an awesome movie about Daniel. It was awe inspiring!

Something is happening with me. Every Scripture, every song, every conviction is enough to bring me to tears today. I often want to draw near to God but this seems especially strong. Like an urging.

Finally had my hair cut. It reminded me of Absalom after polling his hair every year. 2 Samuel 14:26

Phone call with a dear friend, driving kids to appointments, biscuit pot pie for dinner.

Its cool and rainy. Tomorrow will be cool and sunny. Im looking forward to it!

Im excited because it's 56 degrees and sunny! Perfect for picking out a fall outfit, running errands, taking the kids to the park on a whim!

There's lots of dishes in the sink to do but that's cause we ate well and it gives this housewife a purpose. Today's going to be great.

Enjoying a couple of well earned day’s off and doing some reading, trip to Sam’s Club tomorrow and relaxing.

It's Saturday, so I am going to get physical with doing some yard work. Hopefully it will be a fine day. I need to get the garden beds prepared for spring planting...

Spent time with just daughter since son was at his grandparents house. I pushed her on the play swing in the yard and we played with chalk.

While I tidied the kitchen this morning, I put on Scripture songs. My brother called. Now Im just vegging out for a while.

Today was good. I got to relax a lot. And the kids were being very clever and lovable.

I did a 2.1/2-hour workout at the gym this morning. Feeling great, now for the gardens.

that is driving more and more of the church FAR FROM GOD , far from HIS LOVE , far from the one true gospel .

sister candles in the fall time for some reason remind me of a time long ago
when perhaps the early church met and had candles in the windows
as men were preaching JESUS and all sound doctrine to their own .
And now we are the final and last generation and the time to make our stand for JESUS
and that glorious gospel is now . To follow , by grace and by the SPIRIT
the same footsteps that all sheep have followed throughtout all generations .
THE STEPS OF CHRIST JESUS , as HE IS OUR MASTER and it is HE we ought to have followed ,
loved and honored in all things . now to the trenches sister . YOUR duty is
TO be in prayer for us who do contend for the true faith .
And pray and pray f or GOD to send labrorers into the harvest .

I'm going to put my headphones on, listen to worship songs, and do some gardening. After that I might just watch a movie about Elijah and do some cruisy housework. I also need to write a worship song list for the Aglow service I'm leading in a couple of days...

I'm leading worship at the Aglow service this morning, and these are the songs the Lord has led me to choose. Not sure who the guest speaker is, but if I am listening to the Holy Spirit correctly, it should coincide with the message.
